Communication on pause — and so are the fundsur company
Our company, GL LTD, has been using the services of Connectum Limited for a long period of time.
In May 2024, Connectum Limited withheld our company’s funds. Since that moment, the funds have remained unavailable.
Throughout 2025, Connectum Limited requested additional documents and information from our company as part of the KYC / Quality Assurance procedure. Each such request was addressed, and the requested documents were provided within the shortest possible timeframes.
In December 2025, we submitted what we understood to be a complete set of documents and information requested as part of the ongoing review. All documents were provided in full and in accordance with the received requests.
Subsequently, we additionally contacted the company with a request to confirm receipt of the documents and to inform us of the status of their review.
As of January 2026, we have not received:
– confirmation of receipt of the documents;
– information regarding the status of the review;
– clarification as to whether any additional documents are required.
Despite the lack of feedback, the funds continue to remain unavailable. At the same time, the company does not provide a clear explanation of the reasons for or the expected timeframes of the withholding of funds.
We consider the prolonged absence of communication and transparency regarding the review procedure to be a cause for concern, especially given that all requested information was provided. We hope that Connectum Limited will improve its interaction with clients and will provide clearer explanations and timelines in similar situations.
