Extended warranty what a JOKE

I purchased a Italian leather dual reclining love seat... I was told IF I bought the Italian leather instead of the one I was looking at that it wouldn't discolor or wear like the other... I purchased the extended warranty as well... ( which wasn't cheap) now a little over a year later where my head rests is discolored ... the seat is wearing and looks horrible.... I took pics ..filed a claim... they sent someone out a month later... they took pics and said they would call me to arrange a time for it to be fixed.... I asked the guy if they usually wore like this... he said yes but more so on the armrests.... a couple of days later I get an email says they are sorry but there was nothing they could do ..it wasn't covered in the warranty... IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY .... If this is the way they do business..I WILL NOT be purchasing anything from them again.. NOR will I refer anyone else...

I just want to thank Will & Courtney for their great customer service at the store on Dunlap. They never disappoint! I would recommend anyone who goes to shop at Conn's to go see those guys!

We purchased a mattress from Conns in…

We purchased a mattress from Conns in February 2021, several months later we contacted Conns about the mattress sinking, they said I had to call Beauty Rest which I did, so from June till December we were back and forth with Conns and Beauty rest trying to solve the issue, Conns warranty sent a gentleman out on December 2, 2021 to inspect the mattress-we paid over 2,000 for this mattress and it is faulty-All we wanted was another mattress, this one is killing our backs and the BBB said Conns warranty said we spilled liquids on the mattress which caused the issue ????? Come on now-I had done business with Conns for 30 plus years and never had an issue and the one time we do this is how we are treated 😡

I'm a trucker and delivered to the…

I'm a trucker and delivered to the Conn's distribution in Aurora, CO. The guy in recieveing is exceptionally rude and stand offish. He refused to allow me to even check in until appointment time, then took literally all morning to unload me with attitude everytime I had to see him....all this and I'm literally the only truck here!

This is the worse place

This is the worse place of all I've visited the store several times and everytime seems they get worser customer service slow and don't know what they doing very unprofessional people what workers tell you how to beat the company they work for I'm not trying to beat nobody I'm gonna pay for what I purchase they got the wrong ones all that talking and still haven't accomplished anything

I placed an order that was supposed to…

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It never showed up and we had water damage at our house so I forgot to look into it. A couple of days later, I reached out and asked the status of the dishwasher. They said someone should have reached out because the dishwasher is not in stock and there is no restock date. So, I wasted a lot of time thinking I had this dishwasher coming with no notification. So frustrating.

Never shop at or finance at CONNS

I financed a 70' LG tv I picked up, it wasn't inspected at the warehouse I was told several times to make sure I call within 24 hours if there was damage, as soon as I pulled the tv out the box I noticed it was damaged I called conns right away to report the damage, I was told that someone will get with me within 24 hours for a solution it's been 2 weeks and nobody has called me to resolve this issue. I have called them numerous times and have been told there still working on resolving this issue.. the president of the company is denying my exchange! If a warranty wasn't offered an inspection wasn't done that should be automatic grounds of an exchange! It's negligence on the person who loaded the tv to not even think to offer an inspection and the customer rep who helped me with the sell should have also offered warranty for the tv... conns is horrible, they're communication is horrible and their decision making and how they treat their customers.. they have a 93% rate at bad reviews this goes to show you just how bad conns is... I don't recommend doing business with them. Their not personable you can't reach anyone at the corporate level! Wouldn't recommend at all! I will not pay my monthly financing fee if I am not getting an exchange for their broken tv... they live up to they're name for sure THEYLL con you out your money and leave you in a horrible position!

WORST company ever

WORST company ever! I bought a $3k couch and paid for a warranty just in case and NOTHING has been done about my couch that broke 3 weeks into having it. I am livid and no one there cares! Been over a month and a half and NO resolution at all. Oh, and their vendors who supposedly work on the broken couches tell you to ask for a new couch if it’s broken so they don’t have to fix it. Then they tell the warranty company you refused service. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

Conns will cheat you and lie to you

Conns will cheat you and lie to you. I purchased 2 Jackson Catnapper recliners. Total of $1300.00. One chair is fine, so far. The other was damaged when I opened the box. The button for tufting on the chair back is broken. I filed a claim and instantly was denied in less than 5 minutes.
I tried getting the Mesa Az store manager involved. All he wanted to do was give me the phone number I already had. We got into a heated arguement, and the immature boy hung up the phone.
Conns will lie and cheat you. Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their warranty, nor are they willing to help with a claim.
Buyer beware!!

I bought a GE Washer at Conns

I bought a GE Washer at Conns. The washer is obviously defective. I've had a terrible time with a replacement or them even repairing it correctly. I've had atleast 10 service calls and repairs and still the washer is not working. They won't issue another washer and I even have the extended warranty. There's also been communication issues with the call center. I highly recommend shop elsewhere! I will never shop at Conns again.

Do not buy anything from Conns they out…

Do not buy anything from Conns they out source their customer service to India and Philappenies. I called to have my due date changed in September 2021 and talked to two or three people because they transfer you. I said I want my due date to be changed to the 30th of each month that’s when I get one of my checks. Was told good to go. So I started paying around the 28, 29 of each month. Well come to find out a 741 laptop my third computer I have bought from Conns ended up being a 1500 dollar mistake of hell. They lie, told my to FOff and told me I need to manage my money better, that my due date cannot be changed and one story was my funds were never posted to my account, went to store in woodlands because I could not see anything online stated I had no account. I just want to pay off the 400., I actually owe them and be done. Nope that did not happen. I have talked to 14 different people since Friday been told things 6 different to Sunday’s and nothing has been corrected or dealt with. So I warn you now do not buy anything from Conns I have been a customer of theirs since 2007 and never have I been done this way until now. If you do when you need customer service you have to ask to speak to someone on the United States you may not get anywhere thou.

Worst company to deal with and I…

Worst company to deal with and I recommend you stay away from the con that is conns. Don’t use this place for anything.
The new items I purchased under extended warranty require service by Conn’s.
The customer service has lied and claimed I cancelled an appointment, which was false. Finally sent someone to fix reoccurring issue, he ordered parts, then Conns claimed parts were sent to wrong place.
THEY DONT KNOW THEIR OWN SHIPPING ADDRESS??
I don’t care if they take a part off another dryer or replace this one.
I care that I pay for a service and overpaid for a product that the service team isn’t capable of fixing.
I care that I have missed several days of work in order to be home for this repair. I care that for almost a month I’ve paid for service on a dryer that doesn’t work because of something as simple as a timing knob.
I care VERY MUCH that I had to build my own clothesline and hang my laundry to dry and continue to do so because the supervisor spoken with last never returned my call. I want this resolved without it costing me more and so I can use the item I payed for. Dealing with rude customer service that lies to me is beyond frustrating.
I want the dryer repaired, replaced, or refunded immediately.

Do NOT buy anything from Conns!!! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! I am in sales and I know what it means for great customer service and they DO NOT HAVE IT!!!! Went to get a dining room table and they had everything but the top. What good does that do????? And they will not have any in stock until Sept 2021. They NEED to out that on the table!!!! Wanted to buy the display and they refused because they do not want any open spots on the floor!!! Move stuff around. !!!!! I have been a conns customer for over 10 years but today they lost a loyal customer!!!!!!! Worst company ever!!!!!!!

I had a service order for my washer and…

I had a service order for my washer and yesterday the technician went to another address, I had no call just an email notifying me no one was home. I called service department and they said someone would come the next day. I called the next day and spoke to someone from conns service department and told me someone was scheduled for today. I waited till like 3pm and called again then they tell me that they had scheduled me till the following Monday. This is ridiculous how you have to wait to get your appliance serviced and then don’t communicate with you to let you know that they have to reschedule.

These people lie about what is in…

These people lie about what is in stock. I got approved for buying online and placed my order for delivery everything seemed fine. Then next thing I know my order has been cancelled and I’m being harassed to come and buy from the small selection they have in the local store. I’m assuming so that they can make a commission or get rid of products they are selling. Be cautious. Their sales and customer service is up to no good.

I have to believe their level of…

I have to believe their level of dishonesty comes from the top. They manipulate their invoices to increase sales. salespeople will lie when put on the spot. They are not transparent on there return policies. They try to deliver products you didn’t buy and once they do its yours and don’t have a right to call them and say they delivered by mistake, you now own it. I own a small retail business myself and i would never treat my customers in this manner. They best thing to do and my advice is to not buy from this people. They are arrogant selfish dishonest and will go to extremes to defend their position.

Terrible Company!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been calling, I can never get past the automated menu. They never respond to emails. Do not shop with this company. I am being charged interest and I have only had an open account for a month. I have not been late nor have I missed a payment.

We have had several accounts with…

We have had several accounts with Conn's, large accounts, always paid on time and paid in full. We wanted to get a new bed for our extra bedroom, we were pre approved, except this time I needed to provide a copy of my pay stub. I sent them a copy, what was provided to me from our account office. That wasn't good enough, they wanted the original or a copy of my bank statement. This is the same info I have provided for my car loans, and other loans with out question. Even with our history of business with them, still wanted more. So we will no longer be doing business with them, we went to Rooms To Go, got approved, got our bed. You may have changed policies, but you are losing dedicated and good customers.

The most dishonest place I’ve ever been…

The most dishonest place I’ve ever been to. Received damaged furniture and they are refusing to replace. Basically once it’s delivered it’s on the customer. I called not even 1 hour after my daugther accepted the furniture. Once I got home I noticed 2 chairs are wobbly and 1 chair was scratched. They claimed they had to do an investigation. I’m stuck with damaged furniture and got of $2k for the dining set.
