I bought a vacuum cleaner since April 15 , until now I did not receive it.
No place to claim my money.
Big scam.😡😡

The experience is very bad. I ordered a small cleaning vacuum cleaner two months ago and so far no signs that it arrives, nor do they send any notification of when the estimated arrival time, nor the receipt that is paid for the product is really a scam and Is there where to claim for my refund of my money paid.

I ordered a spot cleaner and received earmuffs still trying to get a refund.
SCAMMERS DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I buy a vacuum multipurpose I pay 60$ and they send me Chinese chopstick and a spoon in a plastic dish...for a valid solution with customer service. they only want to snatch money from me at all costs... so I took the initiative to show how badly this company gave me bad service bad product and big lack of listening I have all the photos proof of purchase of the product and what I received with the original envelope received. big scam...

Ordered a carpet cleaner and got a box of wooden cutlery instead!! ITS A SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered a carpet cleaner spot remover and a little embroidered bag came instead. They replied that they can only send the correct item after I send back the bag that they "mistakenly" sent me. Big scammers!! They should be shut down!!

Ordered a small carpet cleaner. And received a scarf instead. It's so they can say they delivered. Tried to email to get money bank by the email won't send as the contact email keeps rejecting it. Now hopefully getting a charge back done from the bank.

BEWARE of this company. I ordered a carpet cleaner and received a set of wooden cutlery instead. No communication or reply to my emails. I believe it is a scam and that I have lost my money.
