Amazon SES is misleading and broken. They let you sign up, verify your domain, configure everything, and then suddenly decline your request for production access with a copy-paste excuse.
If they don’t want people to use their service, then shut it down instead of wasting developers’ time. This practice is unacceptable. I will never recommend SES to anyone. There are better and more transparent services out there.
