Excellent repair and so speedy. From posting to returned it took 5 working days. This is the 4th I’ve now used Console Doctor (one for PS5 controller and others for fault iPads) and I honestly cannot fault the service I’ve received - absolutely flawless every time.

Brilliant service, i have Sky Protect, once Sky contacted console doctor I quickly got a DPD label, I packed up my controller and sent it off, Console doctor, found the issue, fixed it, tested controller, and sent it back to in a matter of days. Also very well packaged. Throughout I received email updates too which was very helpful.

Picked up my boys VR, kept in touch with when it would be fixed and returned. The VR is now back, thankfully and working better than ever, we have a very happy boy again. Would highly recommend.

We sent our ps5 off to be repaired after frequent overheating warnings. Arranging collection was easy and straightforward.
I took just over a week to be repaired but it was over Easter bank hols so to be expected. However once the device got to destination we received no other updates from console doctor until we got a message with a DPD delivery slot and the device was sent back to us. We have no idea if it was repaired, whether any faults were found.. nothing. Also the device showed as online most days it was at the repair centre which in its self isn’t too suspicious but it also showed a new game downloaded and 111 hours played, which is odd because no-one in my house had ever heard of this game before.

My ps5 was collected the courier had special box for it so didnt need send in original packaging, box was lined with foam so it was safe from being damaged while in transit it was collected on wed and it was back to me by sat, I needed HDMI port fixing, they also cleaned the ps5 inside and gave me a new HDMI lead! Fantastic service 10/10 its like a brand new console. It arrived back safely packaged in air tight bubble wrap. No issues at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEN!!!

Hi, I have my son's meta quest insured through D&G. My son is Autistic with developmentmental delay hence why I insured this £500 item. It was collected by DPD after I explained my son has broken one of the controllers for this item and it is now unusable as I am unable to purchase new controllers. I spoke with D&G who assured me this would be rectified. The item was returned as I sent it. My son was extremely distressed at this and my only option is to purchase a whole new meta quest. I need a controller as the device is not operational without the 2 remotes.
