I had the privilege to be on Sam’s 6 weeks LEO Dun Laoghaire Export Development Programme. I now have my own Export Development Programme but even more. I have a one-page Green Plan that Yana did for me. Sam made me understand how social aspects of the circular economy work and how in future tendering this will be a must. Sam and his team came at the right time for our group who are involved in heritage and history projects in south-west Donegal. After two years of lockdown, we, like many voluntary groups needed a reboot and new ways of thinking. The 1:2:1 sessions allowed us to explore better ways of connecting with our community, tracking ways that work, changing those that don't, trying new and novel ways of communication and ideas. We hope that a similar social enterprise regeneration programme led by Consortia can be implemented in the future. Sam, Yanna and Audrey have a unique understanding and empathy that has inspired us for the year ahead.

Sam Marchetti was appointed as my mentor by LEO South Dublin for the Green for Micro assignment. His expertise is extensive and his approach is fast-paced, personable, and flexible. We developed over the sessions a compressive SDG policy for Searsol that we plan to implement in 2022. I hope to work with Sam in the future.
