Do not buy no dress arrived and no answer to emails and texts.. says website in under maintenance clearly not legit

do not even deserve 1 star. appalling customer service. paid extra for quicker delivery and still waiting over two weeks with nothin. No response to emails or Facebook messages. Does anyone know which courier they use or is it just Royal Mail?

Ordered 2 dresses . Finally delivered 3 weeks late. See through and nothing like the picture. Sent back recorded delivery and still no refund after 20 days
Wish i had checked reviews before i purchased. Photo taken by post person who returned goods is someone’s house so definitely not a company

TERRIBLE - AVOID! Purchased a dress they advertised via Facebook early July. Item took 2 weeks to arrive. Awful cheap, see through material not like the photo, description stated maxi dress more like a midi. Ordered size 10 and was like a tent I’d say at least 2 sizes bigger! It said they accept returns so I sent the item back Royal Mail signed for which cost me £5 and also emailed and contacted the company via Facebook messenger as per their T’s&C’s. In total I sent 4 messages all were ignored.
I could see on the tracking they received my item back 24th July, still no replies to my messages.
15th August still no refund so I had to contact my card company to request a charge back. My money has been tied up with this company for over a month and I’ve had to fight to get my refund! I’m one of the lucky ones who could claim via my card company or I’d have struggled getting my refund

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
3 weeks for delivery, NO communication from them at all. Items were cheap quality and literally screwed into the delivery bag. Now to do the return...probably another battle to get my money back!

Do not use this awful company, placed order in November at cost of £125 took 4 weeks to arrive, all clothes looked nothing like the pictures terrible quality and weird sizing sent everything straight back for a refund tracked and signed for at cost of £11 and never received my money back even after multiple attempts of trying to contact them with no response!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!! Complete scam!!!

SCAM! Do not order from this website . Ordered over 2 weeks ago this jumpsuit and it still hasn’t come . Tried to contact the company through email and Facebook messenger but nobody’s getting back to me . Do not waste your money !! This is not a trust wordy website !!!

Do not order from this company i ordered a dress in June which i still havent received i have messaged them asking for a refund but they do not reply scumbag company just taking peoples money

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, avoid it at all costs. I sent an item back because it didn't fit. I returned it tracked delivery & I have not received a refund. It has been 4 weeks & I have heard nothing. I have messaged via the website & through Facebook but I am being ignored.
Looking at other reviews I do not believe I will be getting a refund!!
However, this has happened before with another online store & I successfully complained via Consumer Arbitration & received a full refund.
I will be doing this again with Constant Style.

Ordered a dress for my graduation and never recieved any info about dispatch/delivery. Tried to contact them over Facebook and the email address on the website and never got a response! Stay well clear!

Scam company ordered 2 dresses and a jumper took 2 weeks for them to send when recieved finally parcel had 1 item inside and wasn't any of the items I ordered. Had to go through bank for refund impossible to contact anyone yet they post on Facebook 24/7

What a scam! Do not order from this place, they don't even send your order. They don't reply to your emails. The email you to try to send to will bounce back. Honestly not worth losing your money over

They didn’t send all the items but said they did never refunded and didn’t answer any emails etc.
this is theft

Never received my order, tried to contact them numerous times but no response. Don’t bother ordering from this company.
