Excellent price and fast delivery. My go to store from now on!

Placed order over 24 hours ago for collection. I had NO email or contact from the supply to inform me if my order is ready to collect. On there website it says the order can be ready for collection up to 4 hours. I called the number from the website NO one answered. Also emailed still waiting for reply

Great company to deal with. Staff are extremely helpful and good technical knowledge. Next day delivery.
It took me a week to install lots of cutting and foil taping to do.
It was really worth it and I'll deal with them every time i get the opportunity

Poor customer service damaged product.

Avoid ordering from this company, I ordered 6 soak away crates and paid £50 for delivery. The delivery was late and when it arrived all 6 crates were damaged and I informed customer service of this they were not interested. I asked to be refunded the postage as my order past the delivery time specified on there website and the damage to the items. I was told by customer service that they couldn’t action that and I would receive a call back once they had spoke with a manager. I have never received any kind of refund or a call back. Shocking customer service.

Excellent experience with Construction Megastore! My order arrived quickly, prices were very competitive, and the products are great quality.

I had a small delivery issue, but it was resolved straight away thanks to their outstanding customer service. Mel was especially helpful and made sure everything was sorted without any hassle.

Ordered insulated plasterboard, paid £75.00 for delivery and didn't even get a phone call, email or text to say when it would delivered. The only call i got was at 8:40 in the morning and the delivery driver was on my doorstep so had to drive home from work which is 45 minutes away to then help the driver unload it.

I was in doubt making an order with a 50/50 reviews , about deliveries etc. Spoke to an advisor , said it would definitely be with me the following Tuesday , so I proceeded. A hr later the advisor phoned me to say they were down my area tomorrow ( next day ) do I want it delivered.
Definitely i said , The driver Martin kept me up to date on his progress and where he was , and was delivered without any hiccups.
Martin the driver was courteous and helpful. Can't fault the service ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered a can of Buhle Glass Cleaner nearly 2 weeks ago from what I assumed was a UK company! Not possible as this can if glass cleaner is ultra slow and still.not here yet. Please do not buy off this store unless you are prepared to wait and I was charged £6.00 for delivery!! Disgusting like others have said. I will not be buying off them again

Items delivered on time and at a great price. I ordered actis Hybris insulation which was at a price that seemed too good to be true. It was less than half the price compared to jewsons. I needn't have worried, items were delivered as ordered and fedex tracking was great.

I purchased 3 rolls of insolation £90 each. Had one to many so returned one for refund using parcel force has instructed by them. Even thoe they had the return tracking note from parcel force. Did not want to refund. Luckily I paid through PayPal who quickly sorted ot & refunded me. Keep away from these people . Dont get the problems I had

Absolutely rubbish I should have read comments, I ordered three packs of wood next day delivery
I got two packs 5 days later and the final pack over a week later

Definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from here! Delivery is an absolute shambles and for the cost of £48 I would have definitely expected ALOT more!!! I ordered 4 days ago and still haven’t received my items!! For the sake of savings a few ££ it is absolutely not worth the headache and well worth shopping with a reputable company! Would not recommend to anyone unfortunately!!!

Prompt service, quality products, great price, PERFECT.

I recently ordered some acoustic boards from Construction Megastore. They had to be ordered as a special item but delivery still arrived really quickly. The delivery driver was really friendly. I spoke to Pete in the office to place the order and he was really informative and helpful. The product is high quality and good value for money. It looks brilliant up on the wall. Thank you.
