I requested my cashout Friday, tld 24 hours

I emailed compliance about my €700 stuck cashout 3 weeks ago. 😕 Auto ack. Nothing since. Chat asys compliance is 'an independent department, we can't reach them either' which is a genuinely impressive way of describing a customer service structure that isolates the people making decisions from the people affected by them entirely...

I was up €80 on a Hacksaw slot, went to make coffee, came back and the slot said 'unavailable in your region'. Tried to withdraw the €80 balance and was told to wait for a compliance review because my region setting had 'changed', which it hadn't from my end at all. 😞

Signup told me €5000 weekly cashout. 🙄 I tried €800 and was told my level only allows €500. My €300 stuck another week for no reason, and the €5000 figure is still on their promo page as I type this out, so it's not a policy update, it's just a lie on a public page they can't be bothered fixing

They want me to provide a statement showing name, address, IBAN, and 3 omnths transactions all on one single page. My bank doesn't produce that format, and no bank I've asked about it does either, so it's an impossible requirement dressed up as a compliance check to keep the withdrawal in review indefinitely...

Source of funds, tax residency, employer verification, three months of bank statements. Every time I win over €500 the doc requests come at me. 😒😒 Feels like punishment for winning rather than a real compliance process, because the requests come every single big session, not periodically like a real risk-based approach would produce.

My €50 deposit landed as €150 in balance.

The daily withdrawal cap is only three hundred pounds even fater full account verification. 😐
