This company is fantastic. I have custom lenses and they have always communicated timeframes etc to me and have wonderful customer service. I have been a customer for years and have full confidence in their products and service.

I’ve been absolutely thrilled with my experience buying from Contact Lens Australia. Their prices are genuinely some of the most affordable I’ve found online which makes a huge difference when you’re ordering contact lenses regularly. The ordering process was super easy and intuitive, and my lenses arrived incredibly quickly - much faster than I expected!

I also needed to reach out to their support team with a question, and they were friendly, helpful and responsive which made the whole experience even better.

Overall I’m extremely happy and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great value, fast shipping and excellent service!

My husband and I have been ordering from this business for ten years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. I've recommended them to a lot of people. They used to be quite good, but my experience yesterday has forced me to find an alternative supplier who treat clients with respect and pays attention to detail. I tried logging in to place an order and the site did not recognise me. Fair enough, I have mainly ordered from my husbands account. They were slow to respond on chat and I spent half an hour providing my details. Then they sent me a link to my account via an email address that has not been used for a long time and is derelict. Then I was told to log in from that derelict account! Sending me a link to my husband's account did not work either, although his last order was only a few months ago. I was then told I should remember my name, which was rude and completely unnecessary. I had given them my name and they sent it back to me with my names in the wrong order and I told them that was not my name, so it was their mistake, not mine. I downloaded a copy of the chat transcript but will not upload it as I am sure they would find it very embarrassing. Terrible client service and I will never use them again.

My order was out of stock so Sue "thankfully" called me as it would be awhile before it would be stocked by the supplier. Together we make a decision on an alternative product as I was going away in 3 days and needed it ASAP. No promises but Sue got the order to me in one day!! So impressed and very very grateful! Thank you

Amazing service and fast delivery.

Bought contacts off contactlens.com.au as the website was informative, clear and delivery period was clearly stated. Previously used provider stated delivery would take 20 days! after some further review, the service had clearly declined of that provider. Will be ordering from contactlens.com.au from now on.
