I was worried when I clicked re-order without updating to the current prescription values that I was going to be sent the wrong contacts. I contacted customer service through email who told me that it should have been fixed but to contact them after arrival if there were any issues. The correct contacts arrived the first time. Glad they verified!

My prescription is on my profile and it clearly shows it is not expired. I have also used it for my refills for the last 9 months. When I checked out a message said my doctor would be called to verify my prescription. The prescription is good for a year, we are nine months in and the order may be delayed due to this redundant work.

THey told to me to respond to "CDSocialCS-at-ContactsDirect.com" but after sending detailed message 5 days back and they never bothered to respond.

When my contacts arrived, I realized I had ordered the wrong ones due to very similar-sounding names. I was able to reach someone about an exchange, but the correct ones would not be sent to me until the wrong ones were returned, perfectly reasonable, but I do not see that a new shipment has been sent yet even though I did get a notification that the returned item had been received. I was out of contacts when the delivery arrived, so I have been wearing the same pair of contacts for a week while I wait for the new ones. The prescription has to be reviewed before the original shipment is sent. Does the review not include the specific type of contacts that were ordered by the doctor? Or the type of contacts that has previously been ordered? I know I only have myself to blame for my situation; I just wish CD could have done me a solid and let me know that I had ordered different contacts than were specified on the prescription (and different than the most recent shipment).
