Top-notch service
In the process of signing up for their CRM service (for me, their sync across multiple contacts accounts), I had to contact their support desk, via email. Their service was first class, by any standard -- quick, responsive replies and fast action. Despite some careless errors on my part, they stayed with me and solved the problem. This is the kind of service you would hope to receive after signing up; for a prospective customer, it's indeed rare. 5 star service.
