They have obviously gone out of business but still took website orders. Nothing recived, no contact and unable to contact them. Raised a chargeback claim and they have then challenged this claim - absolute tw*ts. They have just opened another website slattedfencingdirect but haven't fulfilled orders from contemporary garden - don't order from that either as they will probably rip you off

I had placed an order over 2 months ago and it has not arrived and i have had no response to mails. The phone number is "not recognised " , so they appear to have gone out of business but are still taking peoples money. Shocking .

I have used them before with no issues, recent order stated 2-3 weeks over the Christmas period… tried contacting them but email and phone number don’t work

Luckily this order was less value wise, but very disappointing

Scam. Contemporary Garden have taken my money and then gone completely silent. The cited customer service email address now doesn't exist and calls go to a mobile answer phone that's never answered. I can see from other recent reviews that I'm not alone.

Bought twice from this company this year no problems. However ordered again beginning of Nov to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. No show. E mailed 3 times no reply. Rang twice but just answer machine. Raised with PayPal and got refund. Think company must be out of business but still looks like you can buy on their website !

Spent £1000 on fence panels in October. Never received anything, constantly emailed to try to get updates but no response. Managed to raise with my bank and they managed to set up a claim and refund, but contemporary gardens have tried to challenge the claim! Horrendous money scammers around this time of year. Disgrace. As I never received anything I should be ok to keep my refund but don't give them a penny!

I placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago and heard nothing despite emailing them 3 times. Unable to get through by phone.
I am guessing this company is either closing up or is a scam, in either case I would strongly advise not to use them.

Site not active nothing shipped, refund via bank!

Don’t buy from this company. It’s not a real company. They don’t reply to your emails and they don’t even ship the items. I had to challenge the transaction with my bank and get a full refund. It’s been over a month since I ordered the fence panels and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve tried to phone several times but it just directs straight to voicemail and the emails bounce back because it’s not a real email address. Do not waste your time or money. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I think it’s cheeky how I have received an email asking for a review yet I haven’t even received the items I paid for over a month ago. Absolute waste of time and money. Would not recommend

Well I’ve been asked to review contemporary garden as apparently the order has been delivered? So here goes! Well the product never arrived after 8 weeks on a 5-7 day delivery.
They never once replied to any emails.
You can’t call them as it goes straight to answer machine and the order never arrived and I’ve not been refunded any money of the over £1000 I spent.
I’d say they’re probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Criminals!!!

Ordered and paid circa £1k in October with delivery time est 10 days. No communication at all after 2 weeks despite emailing numerous times. You cannot contact them by phone as directs to a mobile voicemail. Rear other reviews where people had similar experiences. I emailed again to cancel the order and requested a refund. No reply or refund to date. Companies house shows accounts overdue etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do not order from this company. They will take your money and you will not receive your goods.
I have ordered from them in the past, August 2024, and received my fencing ok. However my recent order has not arrived and they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. I believe they have gone out of business, but are still advertising on their website. Crooks!

Ordered online robbing bastards don't go near them wont received your goods, no email reply or phone call reply back been on phone to the credit card company now

No response to emails and doesn't pick up the phone. Taken my money but nothing has proceeded since.

Was hoping there was a no star to click on, placed an order in October via PayPal, payment sent to SF Trading, raised a dispute with PayPal as I have not received goods and no one from contemporary has bothered to contact me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered some trellis nearly a month ago and still no delivery, and no update. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like the business is in trouble or there's another big issue effecting the business.

2nd order from this company. First one 2years ago took some chasing but eventually arrived citing a courier company going bust as the excuse. Decided to give benefit of the doubt and order some more. This time nothing has arrived, still no update, no response to emails or phone looking at other reviews looks to be a scam now.

ordered fencing panels on 1st October 2024 , got an acknowledgement of order and Payment , please allow 5-7 days delivery it says in their advert .
No fencing arrived , sent 3 e-mails no response , called 5 times no response , we are trying to get our money back through our Bank , I have contacted trading Standards in Sheffield , many more people have had exactly the same experience ! Who ever they are I hope they are proud of themselves for conning two pensioners and generally ripping customers off .
