Its like Gold for me..!

The experience with this platform for me is amazing and its seen to improve on it to reach more and more plp do that for me doing it separately is a headache because I don't have the time. So, this platform it been GOLD for me.

I used Content 360 two to three times a week and find it helpful in scheduling Ads. Support has been exceptional and the training video are kept very simple.

Amazing time saver

Amazing time saver! I've been able to post a month's worth of ads at once. I love doing bulk ads. WELL worth the price! I would highly recommend Content360 for anyone needing to pormote or get the word out about anything to your social media platforms. I love It!

This has been the best purchase for me

This has been the best purchase for me! If you are tired of wasting your time getting distracted from what you are supposed to be doing on Social Media, this will be perfect for you too. This allows me to schedule my Social media posts for an entire month at a time, NO DISTRACTIONS! Uploading images is super easy. The bulk upload feature makes posting a breeze. When doing individual posts, the AI feature really helps me get the right tone by platform. Using Content360 to post has saved me hours upon hours of time!!

No Customer Service - Problems not resolved

I have tried for months to give this program an opportunity to improve. I reported an error months ago and it has been an ongoing problem since. Minimal or no effort was made to correct it. I was in communication using their chat bot without any result. Wasted a lot of my time. I have asked for a refund and been refused. I have moved to another platform for my posting.

However, I do want to clarify - stating that there was minimal or no effort made to correct those issues doesn't reflect the work we put in. Every issue from that period has since been corrected, though I understand it may not have felt that way from your perspective at the time.

As for the refund: Due to the nature of our lifetime offer, we have a 14-day money-back guarantee (details at terms.content360.io) to protect against situations where someone requests a refund months after purchase.

Since your refund request came months after your purchase and the technical issue had been resolved by that point, that's why we made that decision. If the issue had remained unresolved, we absolutely would have made it right.

ONE Day To Book Month's of Content

Two weeks ago, I purchased the services of Content360 to help manage my various social media accounts for my four different niches. I'm very skeptical about spending money on any new service these days, as fraud is abundant. However, for only $67 flat fee for life, I rolled the dice. Today, in only ten business days, Content360 has allowed me to book revolving content into the year 2028! January's feeds were built in one day, on 4 Instagram accounts, 3 Facebook accounts, and one new TikTok account! The interface is intuitive and I mastered it after a few hours. As I write this, on a Tuesday, I need to figure out what to do with my time as to where, prior to purchasing Content360, I would be struggling with the tedious and limited Meta Planner. Also, the team is great with communication. This is social media's best kept secret.

Content360 has made posting much easier. I create my content in Canva and use Content360 to schedule and publish, which removes a lot of friction and saves me a lot of time.

I’m still learning and keep discovering useful features as I go. Very happy so far. I also really appreciated the one-off price option, not being tied into a monthly subscription was something I was wary of.

I usually don’t write reviews, i mean who does right? But I couldn’t resist, i have been using Content360 since April 2025 and it has done its job perfectly. Don’t know why there’s people here trying to smear them but my experience personally has been great!! For just $67, it posts to all my accounts and handles all my dms. Worth it for sure!

Took my money and never had the…

Took my money and never had the service! I asked to cancel it 1 day after I purchased it and never heard back from them now a month later still billed on Afterpay and they refused to refund even as I am with no account and account deleted bad service and I will keep fighting for my money back, so after not receiving my money back I decided to just lose 60.00 bucks and it was about 3 weeks before I could get into the account since I realized I wasn’t getting money back and I haven’t use the account period because the mishandling of my money and trying to access to an account I didn’t want.

This is not an accurate review as I'm very familiar with your case.

You had emailed us saying you couldn't get into your account because you forgot your password and thought your account was deleted, so yes you did have the service.

We tried helping you out and asked for your account email and you gave us multiple emails that were the wrong email, so we couldn't find your account.

We then were able to locate your account and saw that you emailed us asking for a refund. We offered to reset your password for the account since we found it and you had accepted that. If you didn't, we would've refunded you right away.

You then got back into your account and have had access ever since.

So I purchased this and now it’s a big regret. I’ve had to create a PayPal case so they can get a refund for the product that I never used and I asked for a refund within the first week. Do not ever buy this product. These guys are terrible.

Awful platform to deal with

Awful platform to deal with, tried cancelling during trial still charging my account, not responding to emails, their chat just advises to email them for refunds which just sends you around in circles.

Platform doesn’t allow for you to cancel trial or plan.

Lodging payment reversal now with our back.

Hi @Dom, check email correspondence with Mitali, 2/4 payments have been refunded. 2 to go. No confusion here mate, just a lot of my time wasted. Will continue leaving reviews of my experience until resolved.

Trust mending

Update:
The app is now back to working fine.

I still don't feel I get the time savings promised. I would like to see active hashtags in Bluesky.

It honestly doesn't save me time in posting vs. posting directly. However, it does allow for batch processing and scheduling which I appreciate.

Breakdown of trust

The platform sort of performed as it should, but things went from dispiriting to unusable.

Dispiriting:
1) It did not save as much time for me as it could have because the hashtags going to bluesky came through as basic text not functioning hashtags.
2) Using the same posts on multiple platforms did not look as clean and as professional as I hoped. I was under the impression that there was automation to optimize for different platforms preferred dimensions. Sometime it looked much sloppier than expected
3) Saved very little time in image curation, post automation.
4) It seems like some errors should have come up when attempting to schedule a post (Like this format will not work on IG) rather than come in to find that a post failed to post for a knowable reason.

Unusable:
For over the past week. The product simply fails to post. Everything is stuck in publishing status.
A support email went out to multiple customers NOT on the BCC line, so then my email is flooded with other customers complaining.
Communication of the issue and repair has been seriously lacking.

I am very afraid that they will close up shop and my lifetime purchase will have been for 2 weeks of mediocre service and 2 weeks of absolute frustration.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. The issues you've outlined fall into two categories, and I want to address both.

The "stuck in publishing status" issue you experienced was part of a server outage that affected multiple users during that period. It not only affected our company, but a bunch of other tech companies, and was unfortunately beyond our control.

I'm aware support email disaster and was extremely disappointed to find that out. The staff has been dealt with accordingly and we have since made major improvements in taht department.

Your fear about us closing shop: I understand why you felt that way during the outage. We're still here, we've invested heavily in infrastructure, and we're not going anywhere. But I know trust is earned, not claimed.

Dan, if you're still using the platform, I'm sure you'll see the vast improvements and I'd love for you to update this review if so. However, if you're no longer using it then I'm happy to send your money back. Just reach out to our support email with Trustpilot in the subject and I'll process it myself.
