Extremely frustrating experience with withdrawals and account management.

When my withdrawal was rejected and they requested documents, instead of resolving the issue quickly, the withdrawn amount was added back directly to my bankroll, sometimes without me even realizing it. They asked for documents for 3 days, whereas other sites processed similar requests in 5 minutes.
I also tried to self-exclude, and it seemed like you have to write an email on the site, only to be met with a long list of additional questions.
Overall, the customer service and account management were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this casino to anyone.

Don't ever think about giving your money to this online casino. I made some money with their free spins offer, then they asked for the withdrawal to make a deposit. I made a deposit with a bonus offer thinking that while playing they will take out the bonus amount first and then my money. After some spins i noticed that's not the case so i decided to withdraw my money since i didn't want to lose it all. I cancelled the bonus they offered to me and requested the withdrawal. They denied the withdrawal twice alleging that according to the DEPOSIT BONUS T&C i have to bet it all on a sport bet in order to withdraw it. That is beyond legal according to Romanian legislations and according to their own T&C since i cancelled the bonus previously to the withdrawal attempts, not to mention that they are applying the deposit bonus terms and conditions to an amount that has not been deposited but rather won through their own casino. Shameful and terrible experience, now i will need to assess this claim through the Romanian competent institutions in order to get my own money back. Don't fall for this casino.
