I should never have ordered.
Didn’t get a confirmation e-mail, no order ID, no means of contacting the website. The only thing I can do is report the items missing with Klarna, since I was smart enough to choose that instead of paying by card. Hope they can refund me, but I have little hope.

No order received, cannot contact them this website is a scam, sent loads of e-mails no response, do not order anything from this website- SCAM.......

Horrible quality. The fabric is awful. The cut on the shirt that came with the shorts I ordered is terrible. Very small neck and hugely oversized body with no shape. I can't wear this even as pajamas.
They refuse to take them back. They offered me $4.00 refund, when I spent almost $60!!!

This company is a scam. Do not give them your money or credit card information. I ordered a jacket that I have since seen pop up on several other Instagram ads. The size is wrong and they told me to “gift it to someone else”. Do not take the risk of waste a dime on these criminals.

My order took time to arrive. The communication service is very low. The clothes don't look at all like on the website! Very low quality and badly cut. Une arnaque totale!!!!

DELIVERY TAKES FOREVER…AND QUALITY IS CRAP.

My wife ordered a leisure suit and was offered a second at reduced rate. The first arrived after almost 3 months it was the wrong size XL not 14and a very cheap fabric.
The second has not yet arrived.
I have contacted them by E mail their response is we gave wrong size and that I should give it to someone else!
No sign of a refund! Absolutely awful rip off company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Waited for over a month to receive the goods. They sent the wrong colour. Quality poor, badly made and very creased, creases do not come out. Asked how to return goods and they basically said I I had to accept the goods . Then as a gesture of goodwill they offered me $4 on something which cost me $64.
Absolute disgrace .

They’ve also been reported elsewhere as a scam website selling fake goods/ goods that don’t turn up (ScamAdvisor/ScamWatcher). Unfortunately I didn’t do my research until 2 minutes after making my online purchase for a (fake) Nordstrom Mackintosh. Contemporar.com also added extras to the advertised price when I reviewed the credit card payment. I immediately cancelled my order as so many people have had money taken and not received anything. I also contacted Barclaycard with my complaint about the transaction. Of note, 2 minutes after I made the online payment Contmporar.com sent a response email saying that they’d already posted the goods and it was too late to cancel. Emails to customer service are responded to by computerised messages, in other words they aren’t contactable. Buyer Beware.

Fraudulent company, do not buy from them. On their website they say you can return but then will not allow you to. They add insurance without telling you.
My case is now getting investigated by the Fraud Department of my Bank.
Do not let them get away with this any longer. Report them, write about what a bad company they are on every site you can find
Update I received a full refund from them. Keep fighting, do not let them get away with it

SCAM COMPANY! Came up on my Instagram, dressed up to look like an American website but they're a scam in China. Before I knew it I'd paid $50 USD (Thankfully via PayPal) for an item that was £24, I cancelled the order immediately after googling them and contacted PayPal. Via a chat with the company via resolution center they basically refused to cancel or refund the order and made me wait for the items. Said that I'd opted in for 'shipping insurance', very misleading website as I didn't see anything about that at the checkout. I pushed the case with PayPal and got my refund which they decided in my favour. A month later my item arrives its horrendously cheap and nasty fabric, sizing was way off, nowhere near worth anything above £5... cheap sweatshop clothing. These guys are scamming people for money.

I am appalled and saddened by the amount of people who have been conned by this counterfeit company pretending that their rubbish is sourced from the USA. Parting with their hard earned cash buying this garbage with no hope for a refund. This has to stop. They change their brand name often in the hope no one will realise its the same rubbish, different name

Can one give zero stars?? Have just received my silly walks clock. At least I received something!
Shocking quality and grossly overpriced.
Am very disappointed with the product.

I bought 2 clocks. After 6 weeks they arrived. I had a discount of 50%. But still the product was 10 times overprized. The product wasn't correctly assembled, after contact with the helpdesk they told me to assemble it my self correctly. So that was one time and never again.

Complete and total scam. It has been over 3 months and all they say is attempted and failed delivery although there is no package in my country and no one has attempted to contact me.

Don’t order from this company. Their customer service is terrible and they offer no return service. The product I ordered was terrible quality and expensive.
I ordered a charm bracelet from this company. First it was much more expensive than their website said because they added US tax which was not made clear while checking out.
I tried to cancel the order straight away but they refused.
The bracelet set has hardly anything in it. Very poor value. It arrived with no paperwork at all. The company refused to let me return it and get a refund.
