Being a day rate contractor means that sometime my finances and accounts can be slightly more difficult to work through for mortgaging and insurance purposes. They’re very knowledgable with all the latest market products available for contractors and are great at making the choices clear and timely. I most certainly wouldn’t consider changing now that I have access to such an A* support system.

I’ve been a contractor now for 5 years. Had a few different financial advisors/consultants but these guys, for me personally, are in a league of their own.

No task is too small, they take away a ton of stress and worry, every decision is consulted and explained in a way that makes sense to a layman like myself.

Cant praise them enough, saved us a ton of time and money.

I got passed onto contractor financial after we had a house fall through as our previous mortgage advisor messed up with our childcare expenses. My partner is self employed and we had little hope left, after speaking with Billie she put me at ease and started the process with me. Billie passed me over to Sophie as she was going on maternity leave, but Sophie was aware of everything and the handover was simple. Sophie has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish, nothing felt like it was too much. Sophie has been easy to contact through out and felt like I was talking with a friend throughout which made the whole process a lot less scary. After my previous experience with someone who was very difficult to get hold of it was so refreshing to have Sophie reassuring me throughout with all my questions. We had a little bad luck with finding a house and kept getting outbid ect. I went to Sophie a couple of times to ask for mortgage in principle slightly higher ect and within minutes it would be over to me. You could tell how hard working and on the ball she was with everything. When we found a house and wanted to apply Sophie talked me through everything and was extremely clear with the self employed side of what we needed. I always felt like I could pick up the phone to ask anymore questions or anything I was confused about. The whole process went so smoothly with no bumps and within 8 days of applying we had our offer through. I couldn’t recommend Sophie and the team enough and will be back in a few years when it’s time to remorgage.
