I have had 2 controllers from this company now and will be ordering a 3rd come March purely because of their customer service. Our road started off quite rocky with our original controllers paint wearing off very quickly and originally being advised that the warranty didn’t cover but once the confusion was cleared up they asked for the controller to be sent back and another design chosen. If you are a wanting a design that lasts my advise would be to steer away from the chrome designs. Like I say I can’t fault the company at all as they have been more than accommodating with replacing the design. Our second controller came with a sticky button and again this was rectified. I have no doubt that any issues would be rectified straight away.
Delivery has always been on time or quicker than expected too.

The website was undergoing maintenance for a while and with my sons Birthday fast approaching and a custom controller being all he wanted I desperately emailed in the hope the staff could help me. After getting hold of James from controllermodz he was able to resolve the issue with my controller and is now on it's way for a repair. Great communications and I'm very pleased . Let's hope I can get back to my gaming community as soon as possible with my controller which I must say are designed very well, just unfortunate I have a minor issus but is now being addressed:)

I have purchased 2 controllers off of you guys and the first controller I purchased not so long ago has a defaulted right analog stick. I have contacted you regarding this. I'm gutted as the second controller is perfect and I just want to stick with the first one as it's not that old.
Apart from this issue that I hope we could resolve they are great designed controllers.

I ordered a personalised controller, I wanted some more words on the back and the guys did it for me! Absolutely over the moon, the quality is incredible, always keep up to date with delivery, very fast delivery aswell!
I even had some damage to the personalised back panel and they sent me a new one at a perfect price!
Highly recommended!

Really impressive service and although I had an issue with the controller it was resolved quickly.

The button is positioned perfectly and they actually use official controllers with high quality additions. I spoke with James a few times and he has provided brilliant customer care.

I've sent 5 friends to the company already and all 5 have bought controllers. There will be a lot more coming their way also with the gaming community I'm in.

Ordered a customised PS4 controller for my Fortnite obsessed 7 year old lad and I couldn’t be happier with it. Everything is exactly as I ordered, the end result looks awesome and it even came in it’s original packaging, furthermore it was delivered within 4 days despite Coronavirus causing delays to logistics so I would have absolutely understood if it was late. Top marks all round

I contacted mods after my 26 yr old sons controller i got him for his birthday was not aligned after only having it 6 months of having it, I then noticed there warranty so thought nothing would be done and I felt dissapointed. To receive a email back with a form to return it and either it will be repaired or replaced. I paid £5 to send it back signed for and by the thursday it had been returned. It's working lovely and hes a very happy man now. Such a big kid. I would like to say thank you. The only suggestion I would have if a note on the return explained if it had been repaired or replaced would have been nice as I had to wait for him to have time to try it out before I knew it had been done. But still a happy customer so thank you

Excellent customer service and speedy response. My son wanted to change controller button colours and nothing was a problem. There was no extra charge even though I requested a price to change. Posted controller back on Wednesday it was delivered back on the Saturday morning. First class service.

Excellent service & despatch time. Received my order within 2 days of placing an order even though i had ordered after the guaranteed christmas delivery dates. Very professional & user friendly website & will definitely be using again. Cut above the rest for custom controllers, wouldn't buy from anyhwere else!
