Never trust this website, they will charge you 49€ per month without letting you know

I did not get a proper output as well. This is a complete scam. Please guide me how to unsubscribe it, so that i do not get the charge of Euro 49,99 per month. I have already emailed them within two hours to withdraw the subscription.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service!!

As already stated by many, this company is a complete scam. It offers a free service which actually costs a small amount to entice you in. Then without warning (yes it's in small print) grabs 50 euro monthly subscription to pay for a service that is poor and even if it worked properly is grossly overpriced.

Never use them.

PS any attempt to retrieve subscription under 14 day cooling off period is rejected on grounds that this does not apply to digital asset.

I also wanted to convert a file, and i paid 0,5 € for that (the converted file was unusable).

After the google link, you are directed to the converting process, where you can add your files you want to convert, and after some clicks you can pay, then you get your unusable files. They "forget" to highlit during this process the fact, that your subscription will be automatcally renewed, so if you do not cancel it, you will be charged 50€ every month. Of course it is written in the terms of conditions in an as small as possible window, with as small as possible fonts, and with gray text on the white background.

I did not get any confirmation e-mail about the registration nor the payment nor the unsubscription. The whole site is a disgusting scam.

Never deal with them! This is pure SCAM! They just take 50 euro from my account !

Convertify.mobi is horrible. The App and the website doesn't work at all. I tried to convert one file, and it didn't work out, so I paid charge which was 50 cent and droped it. One week latter, without any notice, they booked 49,90euro from my account. This website works on those people who don't read small printed notice because on their website it is written, you once used their service, automatically you have Abo with them when you don't cancel in 24 hours. What a robbery. Is this legal?

It looks like it is the main intention of this company to try to bind potential customers to a monthly subscription of € 49.90 in a sloping way in the "fine print" via a 24-hour trial of € 0.50.
No confirmation comes from this!
So after 24 hours they start withdrawing € 49,90 from your account on a monthly basis!
