stay away

They make it almost impossible to cancel. When I finally got someone to cancel my account over the phone (which was a £40/month subscription), they said they wouldn't refund me even though I was cancelling my subscription on the same day that they charged me...but they definitely managed to still charge me for that month even though my subscription was permanently cancelled. Awesome job guys
