LEGAL NOTICE

LEGAL NOTICE – DEMAND FOR PAYMENT (NOTICE BEFORE ACTION)

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally notify you of a dispute regarding a transaction conducted through your website, convertyourgiftcards.co.uk.

On [Date], I submitted a £150 ASDA UK gift card through your platform, following all required procedures and providing accurate details. The gift card has since been fully redeemed (remaining balance approximately £0.50), yet I have received no payment in return.

Despite multiple attempts to contact you, I have received no response. Your failure to provide payment after redeeming the asset constitutes a serious breach of trust and may amount to fraudulent misrepresentation and unlawful appropriation.

This matter has already been reported to Action Fraud UK under reference number:
RF26060273693C

Additionally, complaints have been escalated to relevant domain and hosting authorities, and further reports are being prepared for financial and regulatory bodies.

This letter serves as a formal Notice Before Action.

You are hereby given 48 hours from receipt of this notice to:

- Process and complete the full payment owed to me, OR
- Provide a valid explanation and proof of payment processing

Failure to resolve this matter within the stated timeframe will result in further action, including but not limited to:

- Formal legal proceedings
- Expanded fraud reports including financial tracing requests
- Escalation to cybercrime enforcement authorities
- Public documentation of this case across review and reporting platforms

I will also pursue all available remedies to recover the funds and hold the responsible parties accountable.

This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.

Sincerely,
Rajashekar Reddy karnati

SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY

This company is a scam PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I sold my £50 M&S gift card yesterday at around 3:40 pm. I have evidence, including their reference number, but I still have not received any payment.

I have tried to contact them multiple times, but there has been no response. They also do not provide a contact phone number on their website, which makes it even more difficult to reach them.

I checked the balance of the M&S gift card I sold to them, and the funds have already been taken.

I will be taking this matter further with the appropriate authorities for investigation.

Please be careful. I’m writing this with regret, as this was my last source of funds for the week.
