Excellent company, highly recommended, sorted out my house sale with very little stress involved. Always explained in detailed if don’t understand anything. All staff are friendly and helpful and professional at all times. Again highly recommended.

We had Claire as our solicitor. She and her team did a spendid job in a complicated transaction which went down to the wire where the exchange and completion were on the same day. It was handled brilliantly and the money was in our account on the same day.

It had been 35 years since we last moved home and things have changed a lot since then. However you would think things would have speeded up with emails etc now taking the place of letters. Unfortunately this does not seem the case. Conveyancing is frustratingly slow and trying to get all parties aligned seems to take forever. Once things did come together though Jennifer and her team stepped up and got us over the line. Especially during exchange and up to completion day they kept us fully informed. Helping us through what can be a quite daunting period. Would definitely recommend.

Many thanks to my solicitor, Claire Cale, who helped me achieve my biggest life milestone so far. I started the process in September and received the house keys on 31st January.

Buying your home will probably be your most biggest investment, so having 100% assurance and someone that is going to protect you and your investment throughout is absolutely imperative. Jennifer was this person. She would raise questions when I didn’t even know that there was a question to be asked. If it wasn’t going to be right for me, it wasn’t going to be happening.
Most places just want your money and treat you like your on a conveyor belt, but I promise you, Jennifer treated me like a real person, a person that actually mattered and no question was a stupid question.
