DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! Awful returns policy, and absolutely no concern for customer experience. I bought a cooker hood from this firm. On arrival which was a couple of days later than promised, I realized it wasn’t suitable. I straightaway asked to return it, still in its original packaging. After ages on hold, sending photos of the item and chasing them for replies, I was told I had to pay their courier £30 ( it turned out to be DPD) to return it to their supplier, who would then inform them if I could have a refund. This was bad enough but after agreeing it then took 2 months for them to actually arrange the pickup from my house. I had to chase them every step of the way and wasted 3 days staying in for a pick up that never happened 😖 finally I received an email acknowledging the parcel was returned, and I would be refunded once the supplier had approved it. I left it a couple of weeks - no refund . Finally chased them again and at last was refunded minus £30 for the exhausting experience of having this firm arrange the return. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
