Really nooooo rating lists Should be given but I had too they are liers and cheats

I ordered pr Orthpaedic Sandals in January. As of today 11th June I still have not received my items and by the looks of things am not going to receive them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the Corona Virus however reading other reviews looks like I’ve been led up the proverbial garden path. They are nor an Australian company but a cheap rubbish Chinese co. Buyers beware this is a big SCAM. I will now contact PayPal and see if I can get a refund.

If I could give ZERO I would. Bought two pairs of Australian made all leather shoes, received plastic cheap shoes. No return address. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

These shoes arrived 3 months late, not from Australia, but china. They are not even orthopaedic. but a complete rip off. Complained to paypal, they say i have to return to sender, to get the refund. The sender hasn't provided any return address!
so annoyed.

I ordered sandals from here in 5th February, 2020, today 29th April, 2020, still have not received them. This was advertised as an Australian site discovered it is not. This is a Chinese company and a complete scam! Don’t waste your money!!

Bought an paid for shoes on 2 march..still have not received goods..will not be buying anything again..scam..not happy..

I agree with all the bad reviews, would never buy from this company again. It's not Australian, took nearly 3 months to deliver, after I put in a dispute with PayPal. There is no arch support, the only truth is being light weight.

I ordered my "orthopedic" sandals in January. They arrived this week - 12 weeks after sale! They came in a package from China. NOT an Australian seller. They are NOT an orthopedic footbed - completely flat so not good for my foot problem! I also ordered orthopedic insoles but these were not even delivered. I have contacted Paypal for a full refund. Fingers crossed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - INFERIOR RUBBISH!!!!

Zero stars. Definitely agree with all of the bad reviews. I thought that I was ordering Australian made, orthopaedic sandals that were donating part proceeds to the Australian Bush fire appeals. Now it turns out that it was a Chinese company offering inferior quality sandals,and I have little doubt that no money went to the bush fire appeal! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

this is a Chinese supplier, even though all the advertising says "Australian". I ordered some shoes on 10th Feb, and after many emails, some unanswered and each reply telling me they would come in 7-10 working days, I initiated a case with Paypal to get a refund, but today (almost 2 months) they arrived, (from China).I am disappointed at their Australian advertising, when it is not supplied from Australia.

Don’t know how Facebook can let these guys operate. I usually check reviews but didn’t this time. Luckily didn’t order anything expensive like a pair of shoes. Facebook and PayPal need to track these guys down. They’re not legit.

Scam, needs to be reported. Advertise Australian company for work shoes WALKWEAR.. ordered in early Feb and still waiting. Have taken my money and reporting to bank. They need to be stopped and dealt with and reported to the authorities and even a current affairs

There's a scam using cooklab to get people to order shoes...which are not delivered. Rating: zero!

If I could put NO stars I would. I ordered shoes and sandals about 4 weeks ago and have been waiting for them since. I’ve placed a report with PayPal and am awaiting a response. There was no follow up email after purchase , no reply saying your order has been received and will be shipped by.....? Too good to be true? YEP! SCAM ! Peeved 🤬

i ordered shoes 4 weeks ago have not heard anything since. Should have checked the reviews first i usually do but thought it would be safe with facebook

I ordered sandals over a week ago Tried emailing no reply They need to be investigated and shut down I want my sandals or my money back ....... scumbags obviously

Paid and still waiting after 16days. No reply after sending emails. Fake reviews I suspect from a supposedly Australia company. Advertised that 20% of cost goes to the Australian bushfire fund!! Needs to be investigated.
