We recently had a first aid workshop delivered by Jess from Cookson First Aid and she was absolutely amazing. I had informed Jess beforehand that our learners are a low-level group, and she accommodated and adjusted the session to suit their needs so well. She was patient, engaging, supportive and made the workshop easy for all learners to understand and enjoy.The students responded really positively to her teaching style and gained so much confidence from the session. Honestly could not fault the delivery at all. I’m already contacting Jess to re-book her for my other groups because of how successful the session was!!

Matt was very clear and gave great instructions. He massively put people at ease and the session was very interactive and engaging. No notes for improvement, brilliant value for money.

We had a fantastic experience with Cookson First Aid delivering mental health first aid training to our customers at Canopi. Charities from across our shared workspace came together to understand the fundamentals of supporting mental health, and the session was both practical and insightful.
The trainer, Matthew Donnelly, was very engaging and delivered the training in an authentic way, creating a safe and open environment for discussion while keeping the content clear and accessible.

Absolutely superb. Our children were engrossed in the workshops. Thank you so much Richie for engaging them all so well. I recommend this fully to all primary schools.

Richie delivered our first aid awareness training at Marple Social and Forces Club today and was really informative and knowledgeable.

Ritchie was really good and informative. I have learnt alot that I didn't know. Will know that if I am not able to help I can also talk someone through it. Definitley glad I did it.

Me and my 3 daughters attended this 1 hours first aid course. My youngest daughter is home educated, so was perfect for her to learn something so valuable. It’s amazing that they offer FREE classes like this.

A lot of information packed into 1 hour! Richie explained everything thoroughly and with a calm and friendly manner. Highly recommend.

Matt delivered the First Aid training to Foundation 92's Walking Football players.
The training was fantastic, fun, full of knowledge and really engaging for the players, with 6 of the team members now in possession of a First Aid certificate.
I would recommend this training to all!
