Paid but never received the goods
Paid 496 EUR, including a paid express processing service.
The goods have not been delivered. The shipment has been stuck “in transit” for over 20 days with no proof of actual dispatch or export.
Israel Post confirmed that the shipment never arrived in Israel. The seller refuses to provide clear information and gives evasive, unprofessional replies.
Complaints have been filed with Slovak authorities and a chargeback is being processed.
