Placed an order 7 pm, was delivered next day 8 am which is quite impressive compared to others.
The Two delivery persons were really nice and Professional; they called before arrival, delivered the package inside my apartment with no complaints (other companies throw the package near the building and took of).

I bought a selfie stick for my camera and shipped to Italy. After 15 days, the product hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service for a refund, but they won't refund me because they don't know where the product is, they don't ship to Italy, and they're asking me to wait for something... terrible, don't buy from them.

Personally 5/5. All Coolblue packages come in a hard carton of their name protecting the shipment. Very fast delivery, no transaction errors. Prices though are a bit higher compared to others.

So my gaming chair broke and I decided to by a new one at cool blue as they promise next day delivery and I need it to be able to work comfortably. Now 5 Days later, the still only announced it to DHL but have not sent the package. Never ordering at Coolblue again

The delivery service at Coolblue is terrible. The promised next-day delivery never arrived, and the package was eventually marked as “delivered” even though I never received it.
After a long wait on the phone, I finally reached customer service. First, they told me to call again the next day. Later, they said I should go to the store. When I came to the store, the staff said they didn’t know anything about my case and could only create a request for me to come back the next day again.
I don’t have time to visit the store multiple times for an order that was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox. I’ve filed a missing parcel report and requested a refund immediately.
I won’t order from Coolblue again — and I don’t recommend anyone else to do so either.
