Order was quick 2-3days opened on arrival and quality of stitching was very poor, clumps where stitched together at the front where I know it will rub against my seat and causing damage to a £10000 not happening so didn’t even fit it! Contacted cool covers for a refund and received a phone call for an explanation of return request, explained the situation and was told to follow return policy on website. Cost £5.75 to return tracked and emailed proof of postage and waited 3 wks no refund issued several emails and no reply…in the end I had to contact my bank and explain…ended up with my refunded but not for the postage cost.

Bought a seat cover yesterday for my bike and so far found it very comfortable on the 2 hour ride home. My husband already had one and is very happy with his. Great company with a great product.

I recently visited Cool Covers in Ledbury with two fellow bikers. We were given a very friendly welcome by Deb and Emma who promptly identified and fitted seat covers to our BMW1250R and F900R machines. One of the covers required a couple of fitting attempts before the ladies were happy with the quality of fit. Great customer service at great prices. Recommended!
