I’d been following Dr Barankul for a while and spoke to previous patients of his. I then decided to go for it and made enquiries. From the start my coordinator was so helpful and answered any questions I had within a few hours, no matter how daft I felt the questions were.
Dr Barankul himself was amazing…. he listened to what I wanted and gave his advice on my surgery. I had a high BMI and he explained very clearly I was at higher risk and took steps to keep me safe. I went down to theatre and felt ok, I wouldn’t say I wasn’t nervous because I was, BUT everyone made me feel at ease and the next thing I remember I’m being woken up.
My partner saw Dr Kul as he came out of theatre and he straight away told him all went really well and he was very pleased. Not only was that great to hear but it also put my partners mind at ease.
The nurses at the hospital and who came to the hotel to help me shower and change my dressings were all fantastic. Everyone, everywhere were so caring and even if there was a language barrier you could sense that they cared, we got by and understood.
The aftercare now i’m back in England is also amazing, any questions, worries or concerns Nupel is there at the end of a message!
I was booked in for MMO (tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift and augmentation). Along with all of that I had a small hernia which Dr Kul repaired.
I had surgery 12th January 2024- recovery has been a journey!!! The first few days was as can be expected, hard, but the nursing staff, cleaning staff and even kitchen staff are all there to support you. Unbelievably so.
I am now almost 3months post- surgery and feeling fantastic!! Few hiccups with incisions but Nupel has been so helpful all is going well now.
If you’re thinking about it I would say go for it!! Yes it’s daunting, yes it’s huge but OMG it’s so worth it!!!
Dr Kul and his team are the best!!! I don’t think I will have any other surgery any time soon (can’t afford it!) but if I did- Dr Kul and Coolest Clinic would be my number 1 choice.

After following Dr Barankul for almost 2 years I decided to take the plunge and get myself booked in! Straight from the off my coordinator was super reliant and got back to any questions within a few hours. Dr Barankul himself was great…. he fully listened to what I wanted and gave his advise on my surgery he made me feel very at ease and I went down to surgery calm and feeling safe. The nurses at the hospital I cannot praise enough their care is 5star they genuinely care if your doing well and communicate fully with you so you know everything you need to even if sometimes it was with Google translate! 🤣 Even the cleaning staff was lovely one came in every day and gave me and my friend a hug and kiss on the head she couldn’t speak any English at all but her intentions was clear to see she had a heart of gold! 💛 Lastly is my nurse who came to the hotel to help me and sort showering and dressings out she also will go above and beyond for you and is my aftercare now I’m back home in England, any questions, worries or concerns she is my go too! As for the surgery I had a “mommy makeover” (22/03/24) and can honestly say so far my recovery has been better than I expected it’ll be a week tomorrow and I’m praying 🙏🏽 I carry on like this!

Serhan the coordinator was exceptional throughout the whole process very patient and promptly answering all my questions and I had several !! He was not pushy nor was I made to feel under pressure in making a decision to actually go ahead and have surgery.
Once decided, upon arrival in Istanbul we were kept well informed and clear instructions were given as to where we were to be collected.
All transfers were included during the stay and the drivers were kind helpful and very patient.
The accommodation was 5* and could not fault this either.
The day of surgery I was clearly very anxious nervous and scared however once greeted by Dr Baran Kul he completely put my mind at rest.
Alongside very professional informative and experienced his demeanour was very cool and calming and assured me my health above everything comes first.
This completely reassured me.
The hospital was clean and the nurses were all so lovely helpful and sweet.
My after care nurse Nupel has also been amazing and again kind professional and informative and checking in on my progress.
Dr Baran Kul has done an absolutely fantastic job my scar is low and looks clean and tidy as can be. I would highly recommend him.

Last year i had the pleasure of visiting Coolest clinic for a mummy makeover surgery, and I cannot express enough of how impressed I am with the exceptional level of care and service I received. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the clinic went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being.

The clinic even went the extra mile by accommodating my boyfriend, who was able to stay with me throughout the entire process at no extra money. This is my second time having surgery done with dr Baran kul and once again my experience was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and performed better than I even expected. I love the results and the team are brilliant. They are so quick to respond to any queries I had and the after care team did their absolute best to provide me with the best care. Not long returned from my second visit with Dr Baran Kul. The fact that I went back a second time just explains how good he is as a surgeon. His whole team are incredible and are there for you 24/7.
The nurses at the hospital are so lovely and take such good care of you. The after care you get us second to none and if you are concerned or worried about anything there is someone that can help you no matter what time of day it is.
From arriving in Istanbul to landing back home in England they make the whole process so easy and comfortable.

Amazing team!
I had a tummy tuck and arm lift on 14th December and cannot thank the team for all the support they have given me before and after the operation. I travelled alone from london and was a little worried however the team was so helpful and caring which made everything go with ease. Also an massive thank you to my aftercare nurse Nupel, im now currently 6 weeks post op and she has been checking on me ever since i had my surgery. Also i would like to say that Dr baran has done an amazing job, i am 6 weeks post op and am able to walk as normal and my scars are healing amazingly.

Had a great experience with this company
We were picked up and taken to a beautiful hotel. Next day was taken to hospital, had X-ray,ecg and X-ray before I was taken for operation, was really looked after then back to hotel . Only thing I didn’t get was a nutritionist to tell me what I needed to do or offer a pack with shakes , I had to go elsewhere for them, overall a good experience though

I’m 8 weeks post op and just wanted to leave an honest review as normally you only ever get to read reviews when people aren’t satisfied!
My whole experience since booking the procedure was brilliant! They were quick to respond with any questions I had and concerns. They made me feel at ease with the amount of communication I received, I’d even got a txt on my phone as soon as I landed in Turkey from the driver! The whole procedure went great and the nurses at Barun Kul clinic are truly something else-they were so caring and I was never too uncomfortable!! Amazing! The nurse visited the hotel too on around day 4 and was brilliant-she showered me and even washed my hair. I did book the lymphatic drainage massages through the company which I wasn’t too happy with they didn’t really make a difference at all compared to different therapists I follow on social media so if I was to visit again I would use someone else however the WHOLE team have been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. A special mention to Nupel too-even 8 weeks after surgery she replies to any questions I may have really quickly and so helpful! All staff where polite and very helpful with the communication and all through the aftercare. The hospital was clean and staff were happy to support whenever i needed them. One night I required a bigger support suit, the team brought me a new suit at midnight, I did not believe they never came out to at that late hour, I was expecting them to bring one the following morning. The care I received was 100%. Dr Baran Kul was very professional and didn't push extra surgery and also decided certain surgery could not be completed due to my medical history, he happily offered to pay back money. The only thing I would suggest for an improved experience is, I would have liked to see Dr Kul more frequently post surgery. I am very happy with the end results. FYI.. I had breast implants, tummy lipo and chin lipo.

I had surgery on the 15th Nov, Dr baran kul is amazing. Not once did I feel uncomfortable around him or the other staff. They were all so welcoming and made me feel at ease, from picking me and my mother up at the airport to dropping is back. If I have any questions I wats app my nurse and she responds practically right away. If I was to have surgery again I would definitely go back.
I found the nurses at the hospital could have listened to be better, they didn't really check on me much, as I had my mother with me so she basically looked after me at hospital.

I had surgery with Dr Baran Kul on October 19 2023 I had a lower body lift, back lift, FDL tummy tuck and breast lift. Dr Kul was so caring at the initial consult and advised me that he will try his best to do all surgeries in one time but my health was paramount and if under surgery anything happened he will stop and we would do the rest at a later date. I would never forget how he was pacing up and down the room and thinking about my surgery. He kept telling me your health is number 1. I went into surgery and a few hours later I came out and thankfully he was able to do all procedures.

The first night was tough but I had a young gentleman named Saleh, he was my angel. He took care of me like I was his sister, made sure I couldn’t feel any pain and was as comfortable as can be. He kept checking in on me every 20-30mins.

The stay at the hospital was meant to be 2 nights but Dr Kul kept me there for 5 days to make sure I was doing fine. Overall the stay at the hospital was amazing.

Aftercare was also amazing had a lovely nurse named Demut she was so caring and would come out to check up on me.

I did however get a small case of necrosis that was nipped right in the bud and the team were on it from day one making sure it wasn’t spreading or getting worse. Thankfully it’s been managed.

To be honest I didnt mind if it scarred as it was just minor skin necrosis but he insisted that he cuts it out and fixes my scarring to be perfect.

I had another surgeon check my scarring and he couldn’t fault Dr Kul’s work.

He honestly has hands of gold. His scar work is amazing. I’ve healed amazingly everywhere else and his team Nupel, Burak, Demut & Saleh are angels.

Thanks to the team at coolest clinic I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to Dr Kul

I have definitely made the right choice by choosing Dr Baran Kul.

My experience with him and his team was great from beginning to end. Now nearly a year post op they still check in on me regularly and are 24/7 available and do reply almost instantly via whatsapp.
Also i have to add the nurse whom visits you post op at the hotel was an absolute angel ❤️

My whole experience was honestly really comfortable despite having a few surgeries at once.

Oh and i also must add that Dr Baran Kul is unlike many docs. He is a humble and trustworthy man. He will not operate for your money. Unlike other docs out there. he is honest and would refuse to operate on you if he feels you do not need a procedure.

Could not fault this clinic at all, nurses were fabulous so caring felt so comfortable nurse comes out to your hotel everyday for dressing. Change even to help you shower you are given everything you would need binder compression garment even a bbl pillow sent home with enough after care and medication immediate response once home if you have any concerns ,
I’m definitely returning next year for breast uplift loving my new body already x

I had a breast lift and implants at coolest clinic, there was someone on hand to speak to even months before the surgery any questions I had I got a response that day. Everything was so organised from picking me and my partner up at the airport, to the clinic and all my appointments. I’m so excited to see the end result I’m 3weeks and the scars are looking great, very impressed with the work.

I had breast augmentation and uplift at the start of October and had the best experience. From start to finish the process was so easy and stress free. The staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot fault anything about my experience. Any questions I have Nupel is always on hand to respond and help with whatever I ask. Demet has also been so helpful and kind. The nurses in the hospital were also all so friendly and could not do enough for me. I have recommended coolest clinic to everyone who has asked where I went. I am still in the process of healing but I am so pleased with the results so far. And cannot wait to see the end result

First of all, I have never seen so honest doctor in my life, dr Baranku was so honest with me right from the start to finish doing my consultation with him…
I wanted tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift and have got high blood pressure and borderline diabetes but dr Baranku told me because of the my health he can only do tummy tuck and lipo for me because he’s really concern about my health after 3 or 4 weeks I can come back to have the breast left done…..
Dr Baranku doesn’t care about money but his patients health, I was very worry about the surgery because of my health condition but dr Baranku and his team reassure me that I’m gonna be fine and nothing will happen to me, the driver is wonderful from picking me and my sister from Turkey airport to the hotel, till when taking us back to the airport coming back to the Uk, dr Baranku team is so honest just like him, I left my iPhone 13pro max in the car and I call my handle Shahan to tell the drive couple of hours after they return my phone back to the hotel for me, I can talk about dr Baranku and his team from today till forever because they change my life, I am 5 weeks post opts now and Gosh I look A-Amazing, I was 92kg before I went for my surgery with dr Baranku, I can tell you I’m proudly weighting 79kg right now as of 24th of September 2023 and my blood is back to normal 🙏🏽🙏🏽i am not diabetes anymore 🥰 thanks to dr Baranku and his team….
