Exceptional customer service and excellent quality
I bought a personalised banner for my son’s 18th. Soon after I received a message from Cool Hippo advising it had been posted out and I also received an email from Royal Mail advising they would ne in contact with a tracking service once they had received it. However after 7 days I contacted Cool Hippo as I had received no further correspondence from Royal Mail and my son’s 18th was looming up! Lynsey from Cool Hippo answered my queries and was amazing in investigating that my banner had been lost in transit and she speedily facilitated another fast track order/delivery which arrived in 24 hours. She liaised with me numerous times.
The banner is amazing and of exceptionally good quality!
I would highly recommend 👍 and give 5 ⭐️

Overpriced and late delivery
I ordered 2 birthday banners for £20.
Absolutely NOT worth that amout for small banners
Came after almost 2 weeks.
I wont purchase from them again.

Excellent quality value and friendly helpful owners
This company have approachable and friendly staff. In addition their posters are fantastic quality (have had 3x waterproof ones on separate occasions).
The photos are easy to upload (I’m usually not good with online stuff).
The posters make for good conversations at peoples birthdays and hen dos. Highly recommend for special occasions- they are really good value.
