Still waiting on my £200 being refunded…

Still waiting on my £200 being refunded after they failed to collect and deliver my leaflets . Was asked last week to email Sam @ customer complaints which I did . I also resent my original email I emailed on Friday to ask when I should be getting our refund . Not impressed no response 🤬Very poor customer service!

I can ensure that would not been my company as we are a non profit organisation never offerd any curriers services I can also ensure as we’re non profit don’t have anyone called Sam on our volunteers
