I ordered shoes because they were in stock. After making payment, I received an email saying I had to wait two weeks for the shoes. Now I'm wearing my shoes, which were damaged by the frost. I will never order from you again.
Very bad service. 13-11 I contacted Coolsafety before i made the order because i needed my gask mask, two filters and gas mask box fast for work. According them it was no problem because like the website said; Before 19:00 orderd it will be send out the same day!
14-11 i recieved an mail from Coolsafety that they could not send my order untill 04-12 because they only had one filter.
I mailed back that they could send me the order with one filter now and the other filter on 04-12. They did not think about this option themself!
Today 18-11 still no response so i made a call to Coolsafety. The employee told me he was going to send my order minus the one filter today and i will recieve the track and trace before 19:00 today. Still no track and trace or a mail that my order has been send! So here i am, giving a bad review. I think its fair in this case!
Received an email that the boots I ordered were out of stock. Emailed them to cancel my order. Have sent 3 emails now, the first one 10 days ago. Still haven't heard back. On the website they state that they reply within 24 hours on working days, well it has been long past that. 40 euros down the drain..
Unbelivable bad experience, write wrong adress every time on my package. It seems like they do it on purpuse cause there other site is filled with this also. Dont know if its a scam they are doing, sending empty package to wrong adress and claim payback from the shipping company
Dont buy! Im claiming money back, no amount of reship can make this company send correct

Had a super good experience.
I ordered 25 pairs of earplugs, but unfortunately only 24 pairs arrived. Then I wrote to Coolsafty and asked them to send an extra pair and they would do so immediately. Not only did they take care of it right away. They damn well returned the whole order. WHAT? That's damn good service. <3
