Cool Tools is a family-owned, women-owned company in Jefferson, Wisconsin, making tools and supplies for metal clay, jewelry making, enameling, and metalsmithing. We've been at it since 2006. We design and manufacture our own metal clays and tools, and we carefully pick the rest of what we carry. Every tool gets tested by people who actually use it, often in their own studios. We're a small but mighty team in a warehouse in rural Wisconsin (with a few office cats). When you order, someone here packs it. When you write to us, a real person writes back. Whether you're making your first ring or your hundredth, we're here to help you create with confidence. Mistakes are normal, trying again is encouraged, and no question is too basic. I live in the UK and, once the package arrived, I had to pay customs duty to receive the items. It wasn’t clear on the website that customs duty wasn’t included in the cost, neither how much it was (and it was extremely expensive!).
I don’t believe I would buy again from this website as the final price for the goods was just crazy.
