After choosing Coolwhip and placing my order for a U shaped interior, communication was excellent. Knew the lead time at the outset. Arrived pretty much exactly when stated.
Came on two pallets which due to the bits being boxed was easy to break down.
The instructions are on line and are the Mose comprehensive I’ve seen. They put IKEA to shame. Instructions state that it’s a two man job to assemble and install. However I had to do it myself. I had no issues other than the weight. This is due to the quality of the product. It’s second to none.
My only issue was the wrong drawer back being sent. A quick call to Anthony and correct one turned up a couple of days later.
It’s a great kit that’s been in for nearly a year now. It looks as good now as when I fitted it. It’s much more practical for myself and partner. Much more useable socially than a standard layout with a rock and roll bed. Also it means more sprawl space when the bed is down.

What can I say , excellent service from start to finish, I had a few issues not created by coolwhip campers I must say but they helped me out no end , nothing was to much trouble from the first visit to completion of the project

I got so much help when I was very indecisive and was given advice through the whole process. The kitchen is built to a very high standard. We are so pleased we didn’t go for a cheaper alternative.

I used a Coolwhip kitchen in my self converted T6. The quality's incredible and it looks amazing in the van. It's only been in a few months but I can tell it's going to hold up incredibly well. I asked for some custom holes to be cut in the splashback and the guys were excellent in making sure I got just what I needed. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing Product and People...the kitchen can be assembled out of the van electric installed then lifted in. Anthony is a great bloke to deal with even if he is an ex bootie (which by the way I should tell you, the unit with electric installed is a 3/4 man lift... not 2..marines are in a different world) :) I asked for a couple of adjustments to the standard...was not a problem at all. If I ever do another van ill be knocking straight on their door.
