Order placed in November, with no indication that it was coming from overseas. Order still not received by February. Have followed up with them several times but all they can tell me that it has shipped. I strongly discourage ordering anything from them if you are in the U.S.
The worst!! I ordered two ball cap racks for a Christmas gift in October!! No idea they were coming from overseas!!! They said it was delivered at the end of November-not so!! The tracking number they gave me was bogus!! Postoffice said it was not valid! I am out $$- they refused to refund saying” its the delivery company’s issue”. Do not order from them!! SCAM!!!
They may show a US address for contact, however, I ordered some gloves on 12/3 and today is 12/27 and I still don't have them. Just another company that wants you to think they are a US company, when in fact, they are not.
I really enjoy the design and uniqueness of this wall décor. It adds so much character to my garden.
