I'd give this "company" a zero star rating if I could. Never got my product, never got a refund, and I only got one email back that was like, "check with UPS" and then they ignored the next 10+ emails.

Total scam and they should be ashamed.

SCAM. They ignore emails. When I tried to track my order it asked for my email and said no order exists. The order was paid for months ago and never received. I did receive one response from my many emails, telling me to check the tracking number but again...no order exists.

Don’t buy on this store, never received my order, their scam base from china.

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!! They were quick to respond to email and give me a tracking link to click on. What a joke. The link keeps saying "something went wrong." Yeah what went wrong is I was stupid and trusted a site on Instagram. Never again. If by some miracle they make this right I will update comment.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They take your money and don’t sent the goods!

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. Anything that says coozyland. once they get your money, they respond to you as receiving it and we will send you response when we ship it it never ships. I’ve responded with emails to them to that address. Never heard that scam people don’t do it.

No tracking information after nearly 3 weeks and no replies from them apart from a auto response email saying check the tracking details. There are no tracking details. It asks for your email address then message says no orders related to the email

SCAMMERS ALERT
I was provided with a dress I ordered and it turned out to be made out of 100% plastic. The Coozyland have refused to refund the money and are not providing the returns address! AVOID THEM LIKE FIRE! DISGUSTING

I ordered from this company and got nothing. Whatever you do read reviews first they will steal your money. Wish I could rate no stars they not worth the one star.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I was charged immediately. After 3 months, the tracking hadn't updated. I reached out multiple times. After contacting them multiple times, they updated the tracking to show it was delivered months before. Per USPS, the tracking number isn't even valid.

I am really disgusted with this company! I ordered a product from them February 20th, 2025. So far I've received absolutely nothing. Needless to say when I contacted them via e-mail, I was given an apology and told I would receive my order within 5-7 days. Today is 4-4-25, and yet nothing! Thieves!

I would give it zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. I ordered the wire strippers. And one and halve months with no product. It said it was delivered on 1/28/2025. I never recieved or post office said they never delivered on this date. I'm out of 27 dollars. This place is a joke. Will not refund my money

it had. I asked for signature proof of delivery, as i have
a concierge that signs for all packages here.
They are never delivered to a mailbox, as the email stated from them.
No response.!

This is definitely a scam. Like others I bought this off a social media ad and thought it would be a great gift. I received an automatic confirmation email and then they immediately charged me. After a couple of days I emailed them to ask where my order was but nothing back.

Last night, after 6 days of silence, I emailed them again saying they either need to ship it or give me a refund. This morning I got a reply back saying they’ll ship it in two weeks, which I don’t believe. I’ve asked for a refund and if they don’t give me one I’ll dispute it with my CC company.

I, like many others got sucked in by a great gift idea I saw on social media. I received my conformation email and radio silence ever since. Order can not be found, email can not be used to track. No customer service other than an email. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company.
