1 is more than should be given. I ordered a dress, the post office says delivered but I did not receive. I realize someone has received my order but just not me i have contacted Cope Deep several times to be told that It was delivered. Duh! But just not to me. So I am out a dress and the cost. I emailed and received multiple responses telling to check with post office. I did not get, but should the customer have to track it down themselves? Why no phone number to call? Who can do anything? Has this happened to others? I paid for dress and shipping, not my fault It went to wrong person🤷♀️ Not thinking positive about this business. I truly wish I never ordered from them. Cope deep will not see my orders ever!
