Good product at a good price. Delivery was a little slow, but that could have been for several reasons e.g. Brexit & customs checks; adverse weather; unreliable delivery company.

Dear Companhagenbamboo. I have been trying to get through to you due to an over order, my emails don't get through and you don't answer your phone. I ordered underwear order no.6001224 which I still want to try for now. however my order has been duplicated a no. of times, ord no. 6001225&6001226, I also seem to have another pending debit on my bank a/c for £37.00 with no order no. please could you cancel these orders and payments. the orders 6001223-blue socks & 6001224-blue underwear are good and I look forward to trying your products. please contact me to resolve.

The goods of the order signed…
The goods of the order signed 28/08/2023 arrived today 11/09/2023, after my personal investigation work. The problem was error of the courrier ,in delivering to right address, and in the bad communication between carrier and Copenhagen store.

I see that you have contacted us regarding the fact that you had entered the wrong address, which we could not reach and change when you contacted us as the package had already been sent and delivered.
If you had contacted us shortly after your order, we would have been able to reach and correct the error, but unfortunately it is not possible for us to change this once a package has arrived, therefore it is important to check your order information before placing the order or taking contact us as soon as possible if an order does not arrive within the time frame as promised.

My order was delivered to a "pick up point", if I had known this when I was placing my order, I would have cancelled the purchase. It won't happen again.

Thanks for your review.
Sorry that you are not satisfied with the delivery method you chose when you placed the order. You get the option when you place the order and a special tick for home delivery which costs extra and you have got free delivery because you have just chosen the nearest parcel shop.
