Fraud

We have hired Copland to distribute the flyers for the opening of our Pub. First they coated £131 to distribute the flyers and then suddenly they asked for £250. Which we agreed and paid them. Their guy came and collected the flyers (all recorded in the CCTV). But when meet the local people and asked them about receiving the flyers. They mentioned they haven’t received any flyers, we almost checked with 50-60 people. They have charged us £250 and they didn’t bother to distribute the flyers. What a sham. We have requested for the refund.
Even their phone number is fake on their site and there is no way to connect them.

If i could give minus stars i would

If i could give minus stars i would. a terrible comapany to use, absolute rip off. they took my money and never delivered my leaflets. i have 3 months of emails to prove all this. They take your hard earned money and run off with it. are they scammers? as far as we are concerned yes!!!!!
DO NOT USE

Their reply is a joke, I've spent 3 months receiving this type of standard email response from them.

I originally removed my previous post…

I originally removed my previous post as the company threatened us with bad reviews on our website. as we felt during these times didn't want to hurt anyones business

However the owner did leave fake reviews on our trust P and even sent me a message saying his friend left one also

We are considering legal action for slander now

I felt it fair to redo our review as even after we sent the owner notice we removed our thought he would remove his fake reviews from our trust pilot however never has and now we having them removed

I suppose its a one way street with these guys you give they take

We ordered leaflet distribution and no one turned up on the allotted day

After filing a section 75 refund request of which to the best of my knowledge I still haven't received! I am chasing the credit card company to confirm

Im not sure if this company is a scam or what it is however I do know that it cannot deliver on its promises and shouldn't be able to trade doing such

These are uncertain times and I really wouldn't want to hinder a legit company however seems that this company maybe not legit or simply take money and can't deliver

Quintupled the booked price in breach of contract

We were quoted a price of £126 to deliver A4 magazines around our local village. After specifically confirming that this was the price for magazines and not leaflets, I confirmed the booking and paid in advance. But when it came time to pick up the magazines, I was told they had made a mistake and the price would actually be £660. Perhaps they were hoping it would be too late for me to book anyone else, but I refuse to pay that extortionate price. They have offered a refund but I am yet to receive it.

It was easy to order online but felt…

It was easy to order online but felt the areas a bit slow. I then get an email a few weeks later asking for my experience and to recreate my account on their new platform. Definitely worth it and sad they didn’t upgrade sooner as would have been a much better experience. William Radley done a good job overall I think although I’m not sure they have to keep reminding me about it!

Do not use this company!!!

Update 20/01/23: Please do not use this company, they fail to deliver, take your money and then when you complain and leave appropriate reviews about their conduct they negatively review your business in retaliation.
Copland Post have since left me two 1 star google reviews on my business page in retaliation for my true and honest reviews about their failure to provide services and taking of my money. Check it out Noahs Ark Dog Day School is my business and you'll see their reviews as they live 150 miles from our location so cannot be customers of ours.

Update 15/12: Copland have replied to my review stating they are sorry and to contact them - I have been in contact with your customer service team, since I made my booking and he repeatedly emails me telling me to delete my review and he will refund me. We both know if I delete my review no refund will be forthcoming and its important for me that other people know what sort of company they are about to do business with. if they were truly sorry they would refund me the £330 I have paid for services they have not delivered.

Update 3/12: they are now trying to make me delete this review (as it’s bad for their business, what a joke) ) in exchange for my money back. I’m very sure they have zero intention of refunding me so please if you are thinking about doing business with the company please don’t.

Update 25/11: Interesting that all their recent good reviews are not from UK clients. Makes me think they are paying people to leave good reviews to try and counteract the terrible UK reviews.

Original review: Agree with all the other 1 star reviews, I made an order on 20/10 for delivery of 4500 leaflets, they failed to collect my leaflets on 2 occasions, dont reply to emails and their phone doesn't connect. You also have to pay by bank transfer and so this affects your ability to get a charge-back from them if you arent quick enough to log it. Wish I had read these reviews before parting with my funds. Recommend everyone avoids this company unless you want to lose you hard earned cash.

The new platform is very nice to use and I find their team trustworthy. I think mr William Radley has turned it around by getting rid of Folk as they often made poor decisions and the new platform is so much better.
