As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with Coppenwall has been excellent so far. They’ve kept me updated throughout the entire purchase and have explained the process more clearly than my own solicitors. A special mention to Mia, who has been fantastic — always quick to answer my questions and proactive in chasing updates from the solicitors on my behalf. The agent who showed me the property was also genuinely lovely and made the viewing really comfortable. Overall, I’ve felt supported every step of the way and would highly recommend Coppenwall.

I’ve recently used Coppenwall to help sell my properties and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The standout throughout the process was Mia, who went above and beyond at every stage.

She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping things move smoothly. Her communication was fantastic — quick updates, clear explanations, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made the whole process far less stressful and far more personal.

Jen & Mia work in Lettings and they have been excellent. Finding a tenant ensuring all checks are completed in a timely manner and keeping me updated about the process regularly. They liaise with both myself & the tenant and resolve any issues. Statements and invoices are provided and payments are prompt.

I use Coppenwall to rent out my property great team who are throughly professional. They keep me in touch with any issues and have their own team of trades in case I am unable to repair the property or away. I would highly recommend them.

I can honestly say that our experience with Coppenwall has been really positive so far with this sale of Churchtown Crescent, Bacup. I have spoken to both yourself and also Leon on numerous occasions and feel that you have kept us informed regularly on developments. I do look at the property dashboard which is great if you're wondering what viewings are booked and also how the property is performing online but you can’t beat a conversation with a person. We used Coppenwall last year too for the sale of 11 Park Rd, Waterfoot and we were impressed from start to finish. Heres hoping things go smoothly now and we can complete soon.
