We ate here Friday night the worst food ever only 2 other tables and it took 45 minutes to get 2 salads and a cheese burger then it was so bad we didn’t eat it told the waitress we wouldn’t be back she said the owner doesn’t care and that’s why I don’t eat here the kitchen is nasty and some of the things I’ve seen in the kitchen is why I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know eating here Wont go back

Had a parcel incorrectly delivered to a rental address after a week of knocking on the door was told cleaner took parcel to look after it instead of delivering to my addres a few doors away. Still haven’t got my parcel and not heard anything from them, clearly just stolen it and now I can’t order a replacement as sold out.

Booked through bookings.com. Horrible place, not maintained, unfit for let, owners and cleaners fully aware of safety issues but let property anyway. Broken toilet, glass shower screen hanging off hinges, broken door parts, unclean. Very bad property. Not recommended.

Terrible customer service.
Renting out properties that aren’t clean or up to scratch.
Run down dirty and falling apart.

Problem tenants causing misery for neighbouring residents. No appropriate action taken when reported. Police eventually called after criminal activity on the street. Useless.

Well where to begin…

We were told the night before our stay that we were being moved from a different property because the one we booked had maintenance issues. They offered the room difference for this. Looks like they have told other people this as well! The one we got placed in had so many issues!! No clear instruction with how to get into the property, getting locked out, no working doors, the toilet broke on our second night which resulted in all of us having to rely on using pubs and cafes, stained/unwashed bedding (see photo), and total lack of proper communication. We are now pursuing legal advice as the property have refused any refund, Will definitely not be staying ever again, AVOID.
