Beware!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

We ordered a 2L kettle as we needed something to replace out current one. What has turned up is labeled as 2L but would only hold 1L brimmed. The product is also defective as the lid doesn't fit. This is where your problems will begin. Over 24hrs between email replies despite buying "UK based". Requests for videos and pictures despite evidence being given by picture. We have now been advised that the product needs to be returned to the US AT OUR EXPENSE. Utterly ridiculous. They send you faulty goods and you end up out of pocket. Any damages in transit are also the customers fault. Save your money or go to another company who actually care about their customers. Absolute disgrace.

Edit. This matter has now been resolved by a full refund received on 11/2/26 as a result of this review. Take from thatb what you will.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company, which I should have realised before ordering given that this is the first review.

I ordered the Artistic Print Copper Bottle on the 27th of November 2024, which promptly arrived on the 2nd of December. However, it soon came to light that this was a cheap and poorly made product, and leaked before even being used.

I contacted Copper Studio on the 13th of December, explaining what had happened and requesting a full refund - I also offered to return the faulty product, as it was unusable.

This email was not acknowledged, so I emailed again on the 17th of December expressing my disappointment and reiterating my request. I also opted to call the number on the website, which is a +44 number (screaming scam, but I'd already accepted this). After about 40 minutes on hold, I was put through to a lady who advised they had not received my emails, despite confirming that these were going to the right place. I forwarded over the thread whilst she was on the line, and she confirmed receipt.

She requested I send evidence of the fault, so that they could review. I was also assured that I would be contacted within 24-hours with a solution. I promptly sent this over, making explicit note that I expected a response as promised - it was my oversight to not ask for their name.

As expected, no response came. I emailed again on the 23rd of December, and again on the 27th of December. It is clear that this company has zero integrity, and I truly hope that I am the only one, or one of very few, to have had the misfortune of spending any money here, as it is clear I will not be seeing this back.

I have today spoken with a man on the phone (I'm sure I will need to call again, and I will remember to ask for a name!), who advised that the emails were not received. I of course advised him that I had had confirmed on my phone call on the 17th that they were indeed received, so where could these have gone? He requested I send these again, so that they could review, again.

I have received an email from a completely different email address this time, requesting my evidence. I have now sent over the thread, and await their response within 24-hours, although my expectations are low.
