I ordered elbow sleeves and got knee sleeves--now I have to send wrong order back before and wait 10 more days to get what I ordered. plus customer service is not understandable-at least if you are from the united states.

Received my elbow sleeves yesterday. Was really looking forward to getting these. Had a stroke last year needed something to give left arm some extra support this fits the bill!!! Thank you Copper wear Corporation for making these available for those in need without breaking the bank!! Truly Yours Ana Castlon.

ok i love the copperwear but i dont like how long it takes when you pay to have it over nighted and you cant talk to anyone that you can understand the good thing is you can get them from walgreens and see what yoru getting and talk with a person that you can understand for me the best way to go if drive to walgreens and get them unless you want to fight on when yoru oder will be shipped to you .

I like the product...but was very disappointed to find I spent almost $30.00 on the Copper Wear website and I found that you could by at Bed Bath and Beyond for $9.99. Screwed again by false advertising that it was an on line buy only.

Tommy copper product is completely stopped my pain

I feel that it does help with a little of the pain, but I wish it had a little more actual support. I have tendonitis and Ulnar nerve pain so maybe I am expecting to much.

Their customer service is very rude and OMGosh slow they are.

I ordered on 11/5, today is 11/22. I cannot assess the success of the item because I have not received it. However, the money has been removed from my account. This is ridiculous! Please find it and get it to me or refund me the money.

THE PRODUCTS have been great. Of the MULTIPLE calls made to customer service, not a single one was helpful. Difficult to ascertain why they even bother to have a customer service line as each was helpless to explain. Hopefully the phone lines will be fixed soon. I will check out the site during the cyber sales as i want more. Maybe my next experience will be better.

This product helped my wife's arm after she had a stroke. Her right arm felt busy all the time and her elbow hurt everyday but with this copper wear on her arm no pain or busy feeling. She was extremely in doubt and told me not to order; however, I felt the need to try anything to help her. She wears them all the time under her blouses or without sleeves.

It works but you have to buy new ones every month because they keep slipping down

this brace has taking the pain from my knee, i walk much easier, and can stay walking much longer. thank you Tommy Copper. Great products!

I am excited to use the knee brace...but I am having problems keeping it over the knee....the top band tends to roll and then cut into the leg above the knee....I think that the part that is elastic that should keep it up needs to be a much wider band so it will stay over the knee.

I ordered a knee brace and it does not stay up on my leg. It keeps sliding down below my knee leaving no support

I guess the product is good if you ever get it.

My upper knee measured right at the 19.5" mark so I ordered the XL because I didn't want it really tight but every time I move it ends up sliding down my leg. So I think without using tape I can't see this doing much good!

When first look at appeared somewhat flimsy but it works fine for me so far.

I placed my order, received shipping information and a tracking number that DID NOT WORK, then I received this for my opinion. Copper Wear's delivery is VERY BAD! Seriously you ask my opinion about your product but you don't bother to check if I received it. If I ever receive I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!
