The Local Labour Paryy we have been a customer of the colour…

we have been a customer of the colour copies company for over 10 years Paul and Helen the owners are a lovely couple who will help anyone, they always tell the truth, even if it's not something you want to hear and can phone them anytime day or night, they always do what they say they will but Paul can be a bit slower than Helen with this regard 😁

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are with this company for around 3 years. We had problems from the very outset, a failure to sort out and payoff our existing supplier (took months), only when we cancelled the DD did this company budge. More recently, customer service is TERRIBLE, no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Getting a response for faults etc is a NIGHTMARE.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, quick and easy. The printing was beautifully packaged up and ready for collection a very short time after he received it via email. Excellent job. Will def return for future printing needs.

We were stuck with a tight deadline to get business cards the same day for an overseas trip, having been let down by an online company. David was super helpful, professional and great to deal with. He got our job done within a few hours and the quality was great too.
