The staff are very rude especially the Birmingham branch , they lied and said I hadn’t got any holiday hours then when I checked myself I did have, then when I asked for them she sent me a termination form, and said sign that to terminate from us to receive your holiday hours, they never answer and when they do nagina bashrat and Mari law are both really rude and unprofessional

Imagine this scenario. It is the first day of your £25k p.a. job and you have been tasked by your line manager with buying fresh flowers for the office. What possibly could go wrong with such a simple task? So, eager to please, you burn precious petrol in your car to drive to the local supermarket where you buy a bunch of fresh flowers. According to your line manager however the flowers are not the right shape, colour, type of flower, length, price, wrapped in the right type of plastic/cellophane. You'll be commanded to return numerous times to swap one bunch of flowers for another until the line manager is satisfied with a bunch of flowers that look not too dissimilar to the original bunch presented to her 2 hours previously. By of which time you'll be wishing you could put the flowers some place other than a vase.
At this point you will regretfully realize the Support Services Director at Target Fund Managers Ltd (your line manager) is in fact an office bully. Appealing to your bosses higher up the chain will not get you anywhere as, long before you accepted this job, the SSD had learned the fine art of ingratiating herself into their inner sanctum. You'll also have learned that this company has a high staff turnover with many members of staff coming and going - but mainly going due to the atrocious treatment doled out to them by your line manager. You either bite your tongue when continually being patronised to by line manager while you look for another job, or wait until the day inevitably you will be asked to go for yet another pointless 'chat' (monologue) and come out of the meeting room having been told Target Fund Managers has no job for you (but you must leave right away because they need to recruit for the same job!) But you exclaim to your line manager, "what about the review you gave me 3 weeks ago in which you told me I was doing a good job and that I should put a date in my calendar for the next review! Doesn't that count for anything?!"
Save yourself a load of grief and don't apply to any of the jobs this company endlessly posts to various job sites. It's not a suitable workplace to find job security or even job satisfaction. One thing you will find though is a bully as a line manager and who wants a job like that?

to people reading, dont trust cordant, they dont pay you, then they try to pass the blame to others, then they block you and refuse to take your calls or emails currently going through Acas.

this company needs to be shut down, they are operating against the uk laws, not paying your staff for the hours they worked is illegal, especially when its minimum wage as that then pushes their wage below minimum wage, plus the fact not paying someone for their work also constitutes slave labour and is in breach of slave labour laws. this company needs some sort of regulation authority to shut them down if they dont fix these issues.

Potential scam to just fish your personal details! This is how it looks to me, I got a call about a job, I am currently hunting so obviously uploaded my CV a lot of places already... Got an email and a call from someone with a job that they shortlist for. A woman called me, told all details about the job and asked if I am interested, soon after I got an email to regist my details with them, I had to fill up all information, name, address, number, bank account, passport etc.. the website was very weird...started to flash and blink and sections were changing fast. I also needed to sign data protection documents which when I did I got back emails about signing them but they arrived to scam folder with warnings that it looks like data fishing scam. Does not seem a trustful "company".

Don't even know how this company can call itself a recruitment company, take your details then you will never hear from.them again, what is the actual point of you employing people who have no idea of the industry or be competent enough to fulfil their own roles, never mind trying to find a job for somebody! Complete joke!

Cordant people have a fraudulent system that enables them steal workers salary. I have screenshot proof of this and a whole conversation I had with them while I was trying to get my salary.

They offered me a job, I accepted but they never response what time do I start, what day or anything. I email them a few times and I haven't get a response yet, I tried to call the agency a couple of dozen times but nobody pick up the phone and they don't give the option to leave a voice mail. Unprofessionals, arrogant and overall rubbish service, if you're looking fro a job do not waste your time with this "agency"
