Great Landlord – Highly Recommended!

James is an absolutely fantastic landlord who’s always gone above and beyond to help. He’s never too busy to take a call or answer any questions, no matter how small. Whenever there’s an issue, he either sorts it out personally or brings in fully qualified professionals to fix it quickly and properly.

He’s also incredibly thoughtful – from reminding us about important dates and which bin to use when, to ensuring the property is always clean, well-maintained, and reliable. couldn’t ask for a better landlord and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great place to rent.

Really pleasant experience. Everything was done fairly, really quickly. They are genuinely good people unlike the amount of other landlords out there that will try and rip you off. Landlord was excellent too.

I lived a house share for over a year and a half and had no problems at all with Cordero Properties! James was an incredibly attentive landlord, he fixed all issues as soon as they were brought to his attention and went to great lengths to ensure everything in the house ran smoothly! Including PAT testing everyone’s plug sockets when the fuses kept tripping on the second floor, and also replacing the fridge and freezer immediately when the freezer stopped working properly. The house was always clean and well maintained with a great cleaner coming in regularly. Could not recommend the house I lived in more!

Solid housing. Any issues were fixed quickly and the landlord was very responsive to any queries or concerns.

James has been a great landlord for the past two years! He has always been available and pretty prompt at dealing with issues/queries and keeping us supplied with general household things like toilet roll and washing up liquid. He was also very considerate when choosing new housemates. The house was frequently professionally cleaned and kept in good condition.
Overall, a very good experience with James as landlord.

Originally I only meant to stay for 6 months and ended up staying nearly 3 years.

The house was very well presented and even better managed. James was very prompt and very helpful when managing the house and any problems that could come up. More than that, for the quality of house provided with all added amenities and services included in the rent, it truly was a good deal and value for money. Absolutely no issue with James, his property or my experience as one of his tenants. Would definitely come back!

A credit to the property industry.

I had a brilliant experience using Cordero, where the standard of management of the property vastly exceeded any company I have used previously. Over the recent years, I have frequently moved location due to work, and I think I've experienced my fair share of landlords during this time. Cordero was the best without question, tending to all problems I experienced at the very latest, the next day. To give one particular example, I recall an instance where the sink had stopped draining, and the landlords had arrived to sort the problem in under 10 minutes. In addition much of the general amenities for the household were included in the price, such as toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. I can't speak for all the properties as to whether this is the case, but it was for mine. Shared areas were frequently cleaned and monitored to a high standard, so those worried about untidy housemates should have little to fear here. The prices are usually reasonable and the rooms I saw were of very high quality. To conclude, I would recommend Cordero to anyone looking to rent a shared house, the experience really was worth the money.
