Excellent Customer Service
The customer service rep, Engell Liriano, was superb in helping me with the situation I am currently in, with having absolutely no income at the moment while trying to negotiate with creditors. I am relieved to have the assistance to continue with the negotiations and the courtesy of helping someone in need.
