Awful I have given them the correct address multiple times and they continue to act like it’s a different address as to not send me my product!

Never gave the dosage information prior to sending a three month supply of a microdose. I had been taking 15 mg of Zepbound. This dropped me to less than 1.
I was unable to speak to anyone but a robot.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but after everything I went through, I feel like people deserve to know before trusting CoreAgerx.

This was not just one issue — it was weeks of ongoing problems. I spent about two weeks calling and emailing daily just trying to get medication I had already paid for, with little to no resolution. I spoke with around 10 different agents and kept getting different answers with no real help.

The most serious issue was a major privacy concern. At one point, I was able to access another patient’s account. I could see their messages, personal information, email address, phone number, and even details about their dosing. I essentially had access to their entire portal, which should never happen under any circumstances.

After reporting this, instead of handling it properly, I was eventually told I would receive a refund — and then shortly after, my access was completely cut off. My patient portal was locked, my services were discontinued, and I was blocked from accessing my own medical records. I was told this was for “confidentiality purposes,” which made no sense given the situation.

It honestly felt like they were trying to sweep a serious issue under the rug instead of taking accountability and fixing it the right way.

I gave them multiple chances to make this right privately, but nothing meaningful was done. Being locked out of your own medical information and treated this way after raising a legitimate concern is unacceptable.

Please be cautious and do your research before using CoreAgerx, especially when it comes to how they handle patient privacy and access to records.

Product arrived after the Holidays. I was able to talk to a person to change my order to a year plan. Got answers to my questions and received information about my dosage. I ordered and received my tracking number. Heard from the team and everything was resolved. My credit card was charged and product shipped. Running the business in a professional manner.

They did not allow me to speak to a doctor. They sent the wrong dosage (I was already taking 12.5mg and they sent me the 5mg.) The product arrived warm (and it is only stable for 21 days after it is warmed, but I need it to last at least 90 days.) I requested to exchange for the correct dosage sent at the correct temp or to receive my money back, and they said "no".

I’ve chatted with the doctor about my progress and he reviewed my labs. Feel very good about the product I’m receiving and the level of care.

Third company I've used this past year by far loving it the best, easy intake process and price is on point, little hard to swallow all at once but now i dont have to worry about it for a year! Averages around 150 month. Packaging and included directions is far superior than others, the vials med comes in are also better vials, compounded with b12… so should and does look red, last 2 companies were clear liquid. So yes Im pleasantly surprised and recommend CoreAge RX to everyone!

What I really like about Coreagerx is the fact that they don’t do automatic refills and automatic deductions. They allow me to control when I want my refills, that gives me peace of mind. I don’t have to worry about money being automatically deducted from my accounts.
