Corel Graphics will not support their products.

I have used Corel products for 30 years. I purchased a copy of Corel 2024 standard. It has no blur command you must have the designer version for that. When did blur become a none standard effect. Customer support are worthless. They want you on the subscription plan and will no longer support any other versions even just 2 years old.

We've been a long-time user of…Disappointing and Incompetent Support Experience with CorelDRAW

We've been a long-time user of CorelDRAW, and while the software itself has its merits, the customer support is absolutely abysmal. Reaching a real person is nearly impossible—phone numbers are often useless, emails bounce back with "invalid request" errors, and support tickets go unanswered for weeks. Even when you do get a response, it's usually a generic, copy-paste reply that doesn't address the issue.
I had a licensing issue that should have been resolved in minutes, but instead, I was passed around between chat agents and email threads for over 4 weeks, with no resolution.

Very disappointing customer service

Very disappointing customer service. They refuse to sell me a 2021 license and are instead pushing me to upgrade all my existing 2021 licenses. Corel 2021 is apparently not compatible with 2024, making it unusable. If you're a business considering using this company, I strongly advise against it.

I don’t know what else to say

I don’t know what else to say — I just love CorelDRAW.
I’ve been working with it for over 10 years, and honestly, I don’t want to switch to any of the newer tools.
It still does exactly what I need. I really, really like it.

Unstable - DO NOT BUY!

As part of work I have been using Corel for over 25 years. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use it. However, you do! I have so many gripes with Corel, but the main and biggest one, is that it is unstable. Once a file is anyway big, the programme crashes. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Mediocre Software

AfterShot Coral Draw is mediocre software. I cannot export photos quickly. The software pauses and often crashes. No customer service. Don't bother with - try Adobe Lightroom instead.

Customer service non existent / false advertising

Customer service non existent. Keeps crashing and mobile app for iPad is terrible and freezes. I signed up for the subscription graphics suite package. It states ‘cloud based sharing’ and ‘AI’ to help improve certain aspects of design. WRONG!! Access to loads of extra vectors etc…AT EXTRA COST!!!
To use the cloud based sharing, the other user must have CorelDRAW. Useless if you’re wanting to quickly share a design with a client etc who has no interest in Coraldraw!! AI extra help only available…wait for it…..at EXTRA COST!!! It’s out of order. Greedy greedy greedy and false advertising!!! You could have most of the market share consistently but the way your advertisers your product, splitting it up and being greedy keeps you back from owning the market. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I’m glad I didn’t buy the full product outright and won’t be subscribing after my years up. CHECK WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!! Customer service is APPALLING. Heard from them once….I replied, and have never heard from them again.

They told me that I needed an update

They told me that I needed an update. So I clicked and got it. I can't save work in CD24 now; it tells me it has to be in V25.1.
Now, the text paragraph and artistic options have been changed. I have reset them each time I use either text and removed the outline & background colour each time.
I'm not fully composed of my mind or body. Fed-up!

False Advertising

I've switched to CorelDraw Standard 2024 from Adobe. Their product comparison CLEARLY states that "Image rendering in PDF export limited to 150dpi" and NOT that the entire workspace and ALL image exports will also be limited to 150DPI, which according to Corel Support, it is.

Their website product page also states that the Standard version is suitable for "... a variety of professionally designed creative templates to quickly create certificates, ads,
business cards, letterhead, flyers, posters, and more, without having to start from scratch." ALL these are PRINT media which REQUIRES 300DPI.

This is false advertising and CorelDraw Standard 2024 does not deliver on the features as advertised. I've managed a workaround using a combination of CorelDraw and Photopaint to get my designs to 300DPI to be suitable for printing.

Awful Service - Two months on and still doesn't work

The product is OK but the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Two months after purchasing the full product and it still doesn't work. 'Support' just sends automated e-mails and passes me between departments.
I used the free trial version with no problems, so signed up for the full paid version. This wouldn't install correctly and tech support couldn't help. I bought a new laptop and finally installed it after several weeks. Now it crashes on startup. 10 days after starting another fruitless journey with tech support it's still not working. And to add insult to injury they just cancelled my latest remote session.
Very frustrated and I really wish that I didn't need the program.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, absolutely refuse to give assistance to any unsupported versions of CorelDraw and instead insist on spending an extra £600+ to upgrade to the 2023 version of Coreldraw as they "do not provide assistance and support for any previous versions." Clearly no care for long term customers and instead try to extract more money from you. With only a simple problem that could've been fixed in 5 minutes with some assistance, instead I'm left with a poor taste in my mouth.

Coreldraw support snyder kunderne

Coreldraw support snyder tilsyneladende mangeårige kunder ved ganske enkelt pludsligt at sige den X6 jeg har købt og betalt ikke længere kan registreres tros jeg kan bevise at jeg har købt en original version.

Coreldraw support is apparently cheating long-time customers by simply saying out of the blue that the X6 I bought and paid for can no longer be registered, I think I can prove that I bought an original version
