Disgusting customer service! I have been waiting for over 10 months to receive compensation for a delayed flight. How is that acceptable? Spoken to them via social media, I have phoned them also. No one seems to know their a*s* from their elbow, like they all work for different companies. I want my compensation. I know you’ll respond with the standard response, if you have filled the form out we’ll be in touch. It’s been 10 months!!!!!! Outrageous!!

Complaint Regarding Booking and Customer Service Experience
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with both the company and the level of customer service I have experienced with Corendon Airlines.
I have booked flight tickets with Corendon Airlines. When I log in with my booking number, the website informs me that I need to visit fly.corendon.com to arrange extras such as seat reservations and additional baggage.
However, on that website, only the outbound flight is visible. The return flight does not appear at all. As a result, it is impossible for me to reserve seats, for which I already paid in my ticket, or to book additional baggage for the return journey.
Yesterday, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 36 minutes, only to have the call disconnected. I was told that I would be called back, but this has not happened to this day. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
I expect a prompt solution to the issue preventing me from booking baggage and seat reservations for my return flight. I also expect to be contacted directly, as I am tired of repeatedly trying to reach an organization that disconnects customers after 1 hour and 36 minutes of waiting.
